【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的帶動作用下，起重運輸機械行業(yè)的發(fā)展也取得長足的進步。但是近年來受國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢的影響，作為服務于國民經(jīng)濟各行各業(yè)的起重運輸設備行業(yè)在得到快速發(fā)展之后又受到嚴峻的考驗。TQ公司是一家專用起重設備制造商，同其他起重機械行業(yè)企業(yè)一樣在經(jīng)歷快速發(fā)展階段之后，面臨著嚴峻的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢，，在其服務的下游行業(yè)發(fā)展不景氣的影響下，行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展受阻，這對TQ公司的未來發(fā)展提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。因此系統(tǒng)的審視TQ公司的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境，準確把握機會（優(yōu)勢）和威脅（劣勢），制定符合公司自身實際的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略勢在必行。 本文以TQ公司為研究對象，對起重運輸機械企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行分析。通過運用戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論和分析工具系統(tǒng)地分析TQ公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境，指出影響TQ公司發(fā)展的機會與威脅、優(yōu)勢與劣勢的關鍵因素，結(jié)合層次分析法對所列出的關鍵因素的權(quán)重進行排序；重點地運用SWOT分析法，對TQ公司的外部關鍵因素和內(nèi)部關鍵因素進行綜合匹配，總結(jié)出SWOT的四種戰(zhàn)略組合；為了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的可視化效果，進一步構(gòu)建出TQ公司的戰(zhàn)略框架圖；最后為保障TQ公司戰(zhàn)略的順利實施，提出戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the development of crane transportation machinery industry has also made great progress, but in recent years by the impact of economic development situation at home and abroad. As a lifting equipment industry serving various industries of the national economy, the lifting equipment industry has been severely tested after the rapid development. TQ is a special lifting equipment manufacturer. Like other lifting machinery industry enterprises, they are faced with severe economic development situation after the rapid development stage. Under the influence of the development of downstream industries, the overall development of the industry is blocked. This poses a new challenge to the future development of TQ Company. Therefore, the internal and external development environment of TQ Company is systematically examined, and opportunities (strengths) and threats (weaknesses) are accurately grasped. It is imperative to establish a development strategy in line with the company's own reality. This paper takes TQ Company as the research object, analyzes the development strategy of the crane transportation machinery enterprise, and systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of TQ company development by using the relevant theory of strategic management and analysis tools. The paper points out the opportunity and threat, advantages and disadvantages of TQ company's development, and puts forward the weight of the listed key factors according to the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). By using SWOT analysis method, the paper synthetically matches the external and internal key factors of TQ Company, and summarizes the four strategic combinations of SWOT. In order to visualize the enterprise strategy, the strategic frame map of TQ company is further constructed. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of TQ company strategy, put forward the safeguard measures of strategy implementation.
