【摘要】：近年來,半導體激光器行業(yè)在國內外越來越受到重視。該行業(yè)在國內主要由科研院所和技術專家領銜的科技型中小企業(yè)所主導,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的成功與否對企業(yè)乃至行業(yè)的發(fā)展起至關重要的作用。質量管理是新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的重要方面,企業(yè)只有重視并大力推進相關工作,才能使新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)質量管理工作落到實處并發(fā)揮積極的作用。本文對一家開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)半導體激光器產(chǎn)品的E公司進行研究,對其新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的幾個典型的質量隱患案例進行描述,用5why、魚骨圖、散點圖、柏拉圖等質量工具進行原因分析,一一確認造成質量隱患問題的根本原因,并分類歸納。在對E公司質量隱患案例原因分析結果的基礎上提出應對措施和解決方案,分別從事前管理(質量策劃)、事中管理(質量控制)和事后管理(質量改進)等三大環(huán)節(jié)進行闡述,結合E公司實際情況靈活運用APQP、FMEA、CP、SOP、SPC、8D等質量工具進行科學管理,將它們有機的結合起來,取得了良好的效果。最后對E公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程的質量管理流程和制度進行優(yōu)化和固化,完善了質量管理體系,并為半導體激光器同行或其他科技型小企業(yè)進行此類課題的研究提供了參考信息。
[Abstract]:In recent years, semiconductor laser industry more and more attention at home and abroad. The leading technology oriented small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry in China is mainly led by scientific research institutes and technical experts, the development of new products and the success of the development of enterprise and industry plays a crucial role. Quality management is an important aspect in the development of new products the enterprise only attaches great importance to and vigorously promote the related work, in order to make the new product development quality management work and play an active role. In this paper, the E company of a semiconductor laser product development and production of the research on the quality problems of several cases in the process of new product development in a typical description by 5WHY. Fishbone diagram, scatter diagram, Platon and other quality tools are analyzed, one identifies root causes of quality problems caused by the problem, and classified on quality problems of E company. Based on the results of the case analysis put forward the corresponding measures and solutions respectively from management (Quality Planning), to manage things (quality control) and management (quality improvement) three major aspects are expounded, combined with the actual situation of E company, FMEA, flexible use of APQP, CP, SOP, SPC, 8D and other quality tool for scientific management, organic combine them and have achieved good results. To optimize and curing at the end of the new product development process of E company's quality management system and process, improve the quality management system, to provide reference information and research topic for such a semiconductor laser counterparts or other small enterprises of science and technology.
