【摘要】:目前,商業(yè)模式的研究在國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)成為學術(shù)界和企業(yè)界關(guān)注和討論的熱點,離開商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新,其他的創(chuàng)新將失去可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可能和盈利的基礎(chǔ),商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)發(fā)展的首要因素也已基本得到各界公認。21世紀初中國地勘單位開始走向國際市場,礦產(chǎn)資源全球化進程使地勘單位面臨著體制改革與國內(nèi)市場環(huán)境變革的雙重壓力,突破計劃經(jīng)濟體制下的經(jīng)營模式,建立適應(yīng)國內(nèi)市場和國際市場的新型商業(yè)模式已經(jīng)成為地勘單位完成改革并躋身國際礦業(yè)市場的有效途徑。商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是將新技術(shù)、優(yōu)惠政策、外部資金渠道等有利因素,轉(zhuǎn)化為企業(yè)持續(xù)競爭力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),是地勘單位成為探采一體化國際礦業(yè)公司的必經(jīng)路徑。地勘單位行進至今的漸進式、權(quán)宜式的改革無法給地勘單位持續(xù)性發(fā)展帶來動力,而只有以產(chǎn)權(quán)改革為導(dǎo)向建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度,以創(chuàng)新精神完成地勘單位制度優(yōu)化,促成勘查技術(shù)、外部資金和地勘優(yōu)惠政策的有機結(jié)合,才能從根本上推進地勘單位核心競爭力和持續(xù)增長能力的形成。因此本文探討了A地勘單位如何通過商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新成為具備國際礦業(yè)公司內(nèi)在發(fā)展能力和效益機制的新興資源開發(fā)組織。本文旨在通過對商業(yè)模式基礎(chǔ)理論及創(chuàng)新方法的深入研究,并結(jié)合A地勘公司發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展障礙等現(xiàn)實因素,通過對A地勘公司的改革發(fā)展目標以及改革進程中遭遇的重大問題與關(guān)鍵障礙進行剖析,從顧客價值主張、業(yè)務(wù)組合優(yōu)化、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)和盈利模式調(diào)整等商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新途徑,對A地勘公司如何進行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,從而實現(xiàn)向探采一體化發(fā)展的國際礦業(yè)公司的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型,提出了研究設(shè)想。A地勘公司以創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式深化改革、加快發(fā)展,不僅能在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和參與國際競爭合作等重大戰(zhàn)略上贏得主動,而且能更好地融入現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟體系,更好地利用找礦突破戰(zhàn)略行動的平臺獲得發(fā)展機遇,在提高資源保障能力、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的進程中不斷提升綜合實力和市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present, the research of business model has become a hot spot in the academic and business circles at home and abroad. Without the innovation of business model, other innovations will lose the possibility of sustainable development and the basis of profit. Business model innovation is the primary factor of enterprise development. It has been recognized by all walks of life that the geological prospecting units of China began to move towards the international market at the beginning of the 21st century. The process of the globalization of mineral resources makes geological prospecting units face the double pressure of system reform and domestic market environment change, and break through the management mode under the planned economy system. The establishment of a new business model adapted to the domestic and international markets has become an effective way for geological prospecting units to complete the reform and enter the international mining market. The favorable factors, such as external capital channels, are the key link in the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises, which is the necessary path for geological prospecting units to become an international mining company of integrated exploration and mining, and the gradual progress of geological prospecting units up to now. The expedient reform can not bring power to the sustainable development of geological prospecting units, but only with the reform of property rights as the guide to the establishment of modern enterprise system, with the spirit of innovation to complete the system optimization of geological prospecting units, and promote exploration technology. The organic combination of external funds and preferential policies for geological prospecting. In order to promote the formation of the core competence and sustained growth ability of geological prospecting units fundamentally, this paper discusses how A geological prospecting unit can develop into the internal development ability and benefit machine of international mining companies through the innovation of business model. The purpose of this paper is to study the basic theory and innovative methods of business model. Combined with the development direction, obstacles and other practical factors of A geological prospecting company, this paper analyzes the goal of the reform and development of A geological prospecting company, as well as the major problems and key obstacles encountered in the reform process, and points out the customer value proposition. Business model innovation approaches such as business combination optimization, business system reconfiguration and profit model adjustment, etc., how to innovate the business model of A Geological Prospecting Company. In order to realize the transformation of the commercial model of the international mining company which is integrated with exploration and mining, this paper puts forward the research assumption. A geological prospecting company deepens the reform and accelerates the development by innovating the business model. It can not only win the initiative in major strategies such as industrial structure adjustment and participation in international competition and cooperation, but also better integrate into the modern economic system and make better use of the platform for ore prospecting to break through the strategic action to obtain development opportunities. In the process of improving the ability of resource support and serving the development of economy and society, the comprehensive strength and market competitiveness are continuously improved.
