【摘要】：企業(yè)信息化建設是復雜的系統(tǒng)工程，，其整體規(guī)劃又是企業(yè)信息化建設的核心和先導工程。而對于集團企業(yè)來說，公司業(yè)務的多元化，治理結構的復雜性，公司戰(zhàn)略管理的動態(tài)性，都決定了其信息化規(guī)劃是非常復雜的。因此需要從多方面、多角度、多層次進行分析和研究，以確定信息化需求和戰(zhàn)略。 目前世界500強企業(yè)絕大部分都已采用信息化管理，涵蓋客戶管理、辦公自動化、電子商務管理及ERP系統(tǒng)等方面。信息化管理在中國迎來了較大的發(fā)展空間，在大型國有企業(yè)中，信息化與供應鏈管理體系的使用已逐步融入企業(yè)經營過程的全方面管控與發(fā)展系統(tǒng)中。 該論文立足于引導社會各界對企業(yè)信息化管理體系及高端國際綠色食品供應鏈建設的關注。信息化發(fā)展的綜合建設能夠有效整合多方面，多維度企業(yè)現有資源，為廣東省食品進出口集團公司（以下簡稱：廣東食品/集團/GDF）成為高端國際綠色食品供應鏈的管理者，提供信息化系統(tǒng)分析及支持辦法，挖掘信息化對企業(yè)經濟和行業(yè)效益的推動作用，同時形成專題論文，提供給同行借鑒參考。 論文首先闡明選題的背景和意義，分析國內外企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展歷史及現狀。其次，系統(tǒng)介紹廣東食品的發(fā)展歷程、產業(yè)板塊、信息化現狀和存在問題，然后，對基于高端國際綠色食品供應鏈下，信息化多方需求做詳細分析，針對需求，闡述信息化運營的整體規(guī)劃方案與系統(tǒng)設置（解決措施），并落實在保障機制上，協(xié)同整合外部資源，高層領導的重視，全體員工的配合，完善且具有前瞻性的實施方案是保障信息化實施的關鍵因素。 同時，作為背景分析與本企業(yè)實際需求訴求，論文中適當列舉了中糧集團等類似企業(yè)實施信息化的案例，進行食品安全問題信息化下解決方案的需求討論分析，使廣東食品這樣的大型國有企業(yè)可以對標管理信息化建設，利用此體系對企業(yè)的人力、資金、信息、物料、設備，質量安全等方面進行科學的計劃、管理，檢測和控制，同時提出了信息化的可視化、可控化和可追溯化及知識管理（首席信息官設置），PDCA的信息化等鮮明觀點。論文在理論上是對成為高端國際綠色食品供應鏈管理者的廣東食品信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃與實施對策的研究，在實踐上則對指導我國企業(yè)發(fā)展信息化與綠色食品供應鏈管理業(yè)務具有直接的借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:Enterprise information construction is a complicated system engineering, its overall planning is the core of enterprise informatization construction and pilot project. As for group enterprises, diversified business, governance structure complexity, dynamic company strategic management, have determined the information planning is very complicated. So we need from several aspects. Multi angle, multi-level analysis and research, to determine the information needs and strategies.
At present, most of the world's top 500 enterprises have adopted the information management, customer management, office automation, electronic commerce management and ERP system. The information management ushered in the great development space in Chinese, in large state-owned enterprises in all aspects of management and development of information system and supply chain management system has been gradually integrated into use enterprise business process.
This paper is based on the society from all walks of life to guide the enterprise information management system and the international high-end green food supply chain construction concern. The comprehensive construction of informatization development can effectively integrate multi aspect, multi dimension enterprise existing resources, Guangdong Foodstuffs Import & Export Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as: Guangdong food group / /GDF) become the high-end international green food the supply chain management information system, provide analysis and support measures, mining informatization on enterprise economic and industry benefit promotion effect, while the formation of special papers, to provide reference.
The paper firstly introduces the background and significance, development history and status quo of domestic and foreign enterprises informatization. Secondly, introduced the system development process, Guangdong food industry sector, informatization situation and existing problems, and then, based on the high-end international green food supply chain, information demand analysis, according to the demand, the overall planning this operation information and system settings (measures), and in the implementation of the security mechanism, coordination and integration of external resources, senior leadership attention, with all the staff, improving the implementation plan and forward-looking is the key factor to ensure the implementation of the information.
At the same time, as a background analysis of demand and the actual needs of the enterprise, the paper lists the proper implementation of information COFCO and similar enterprises in the case, discuss the solution of information demand under the food safety problem, the large state-owned enterprises such as Guangdong food to the informatization construction of standard management, the system of human capital, to the enterprise information, material, equipment, quality, safety and other aspects of scientific planning, management, monitoring and control, and put forward the information visualization, control and traceability and knowledge management (Chief Information Officer, PDCA information set) and other distinctive views. Paper is a study of a high-end international green food supply chain management the Guangdong food information development planning and implementation of Countermeasures in theory, in practice, to guide the development of our country enterprise informatization and green food supply chain management Has a direct reference value and business.
