【摘要】:鋼鐵行業(yè)是國家重要的原材料工業(yè)之一,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),鋼鐵行業(yè)處于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中間位置,與國家的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)有密切關(guān)系,關(guān)系國計(jì)民生。經(jīng)過連續(xù)10多年的高速發(fā)展之后,,中國鋼鐵行業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入微利時(shí)代μ。但是鋼企面對挑戰(zhàn)的同時(shí)也面臨著機(jī)遇。在當(dāng)前這樣的背景下,國際化戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營的主導(dǎo)趨勢之一。國際化可以幫助企業(yè)了解國際市場信息,尋求到更大的市場空間和更好的資源供給,緩解國內(nèi)企業(yè)過度競爭的矛盾。華菱鋼鐵集團(tuán)是湖南省最大的工業(yè)企業(yè),自成立以來,營業(yè)收入逐年遞增。本文以華菱鋼鐵集團(tuán)為研究對象,通過分析其國際化戰(zhàn)略問題,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章開始企業(yè)國際化戰(zhàn)略的理論作為國際化戰(zhàn)略的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后以華菱鋼鐵集團(tuán)的國際化戰(zhàn)略作為案例進(jìn)行具體的分析,主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。其中包括華菱鋼鐵集團(tuán)的國際競爭力分析、企業(yè)實(shí)施國際化戰(zhàn)略的特點(diǎn)、企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略選擇與實(shí)施。其次本文通過對華菱集團(tuán)這個(gè)個(gè)案的研究,對我國鋼鐵企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了一般性分析,主要包括我國鋼鐵行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢、我國鋼鐵企業(yè)的國際化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及一些主要鋼鐵企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略情況。最后,綜合上述研究,從特殊性出發(fā),本文提出對整個(gè)鋼鐵企業(yè)具有普遍性的建議。主要包括:第一,制定清晰的國際化戰(zhàn)略;第二,大力拓展出口市場;第三,加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施后的整合;第四,實(shí)現(xiàn)市場資源共享;第五,跟蹤世界鋼鐵行業(yè)最新技術(shù),不斷增強(qiáng)公司核心競爭力;第六,利用資本運(yùn)作,趕超國際水平;第七,提高員工素質(zhì),加大人才儲(chǔ)備。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is one of the important raw material industries in the country and the important basic industry of the national economy. The iron and steel industry is in the middle position of the industrial chain and has close relation with the national infrastructure construction. After more than 10 years of rapid development, China's steel industry has entered a meagre profit era 渭. But steel enterprises are facing challenges and opportunities at the same time. Internationalization strategy has become one of the leading trends of enterprise management. Internationalization can help enterprises understand international market information, seek greater market space and better supply of resources. Valin Iron and Steel Group is the largest industrial enterprise in Hunan Province. Since its establishment, the operating income has been increasing year by year. This paper takes Valin Iron and Steel Group as the research object. Through the analysis of its internationalization strategy, it has important practical significance. The article begins with the theory of enterprise internationalization strategy as the theoretical basis of internationalization strategy, and then takes the internationalization strategy of Valin Iron and Steel Group as a case study. Mainly from four aspects, including the analysis of the international competitiveness of Valin Iron and Steel Group, the characteristics of the implementation of internationalization strategy. Secondly, this paper makes a general analysis of the internationalization strategy of China's iron and steel enterprises through the case study of Valin Group. It mainly includes the current situation and development trend of China's iron and steel industry, the status quo of internationalization development of China's iron and steel enterprises and the internationalization strategy of some major iron and steel enterprises. Finally, synthesizing the above research, proceeding from the particularity. This paper puts forward some general suggestions for the whole iron and steel enterprise. The main contents are as follows: first, make clear internationalization strategy; Second, vigorously expand the export market; Third, strengthen the integration after the implementation of the strategy; 4th, realize the market resource sharing; 5th, tracking the latest technology in the world steel industry, constantly enhance the core competitiveness of the company; 6th, use capital operation, catch up with the international level; 7th, improve the quality of staff, increase the talent reserve.
