【摘要】:隨著我國人民生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)飲料的消費(fèi)也不斷提高。從多個(gè)飲料市場(chǎng)調(diào)研報(bào)告中可以看出:飲料產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)具有很大潛力,目前我國已超過日本成為第二大飲料生產(chǎn)消費(fèi)國。飲料行業(yè)屬于快消行業(yè),是中國消費(fèi)品中的發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)和新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。同時(shí),飲料行業(yè)的大發(fā)展,也推動(dòng)了飲料上中下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,包括農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品加工、設(shè)備制造業(yè)、包裝制造業(yè)、零售業(yè)等均在飲料發(fā)展中共同受益。 30多年來,飲料行業(yè)不斷地發(fā)展和成熟,已經(jīng)從規(guī)模小、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)無序,發(fā)展到規(guī)模和集約化程度不斷提高,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)日趨合理的局面,而且其需求不斷提高,產(chǎn)能不斷擴(kuò)大,將使產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步提升和優(yōu)化。 在產(chǎn)銷規(guī)模繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),飲品細(xì)分市場(chǎng)進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。日前,已經(jīng)發(fā)展為由碳酸/果汁/茶/乳品/功能飲料等百花齊放的態(tài)勢(shì)。DWC飲料公司脈動(dòng)產(chǎn)品,作為功能飲料的代表,,從2003年至今,經(jīng)過不斷發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)調(diào)整、戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整,已經(jīng)取得了顯著成績(jī),2012年有望突破30億;在2016年,脈動(dòng)產(chǎn)品的目標(biāo)更是超過150億。 飲料行業(yè)的發(fā)展,除了市場(chǎng)占有與細(xì)分、品牌建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新外,還更應(yīng)該從廣義的供應(yīng)鏈角度優(yōu)化和設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈。供應(yīng)鏈作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的重要戰(zhàn)略越來越受到行業(yè)的關(guān)注,也是企業(yè)降低成本、提高客戶滿意度的重要途徑,而且逐漸演變成企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。當(dāng)然,對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的研究也多種多樣,但還是存在一些問題,比如對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的界定,行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展,供應(yīng)鏈的技術(shù)使用和開發(fā)。功能飲料行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈既有一般供應(yīng)鏈的特點(diǎn),也遇到了其特有的問題。對(duì)這些特點(diǎn)的研究不僅有利于功能飲料企業(yè)的發(fā)展、也對(duì)其他行業(yè)的研究也有一定的借鑒價(jià)值和參考意義。 本文以DWC飲料有限公司為研究對(duì)象,在已學(xué)習(xí)的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,按照企業(yè)診斷的要求,對(duì)現(xiàn)公司進(jìn)行診斷,核心專注此公司制造以及分銷布局,并進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化和設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the living standard of our people , the consumption of beverage is also increasing . From the research report of several beverage market , it can be seen that the consumption market of beverage products has great potential . At present , our country has surpassed Japan as the second big beverage production consumer . The beverage industry is a fast - eliminating industry , it is the hot spot and new growth point in China ' s consumer goods . At the same time , the development of the beverage industry has also promoted the development of the industry chain in the middle and lower reaches of the beverage , including the processing of agricultural and sideline products , equipment manufacturing , packaging manufacturing , retail trade and the like . Over the past 30 years , the beverage industry has developed and matured continuously , which has been developed from a small scale , a single product structure , a competitive disorder , a development to a scale and an intensification degree , a more reasonable product structure , a continuous improvement in demand and a continuous production capacity , which will further improve and optimize the industrial structure . At the same time the scale of production and marketing continues to expand , the market for beverage segment has been further strengthened . Recently , it has been developed to be made up of carbonated / fruit juice / tea / milk / functional beverage . DWC beverage company pulsating product , as the representative of functional beverage , has achieved remarkable achievements from 2003 to present , has achieved remarkable achievements from 2003 to present , and is expected to exceed 3 billion in 2012 ; in 2016 , the target of pulsating product is more than 1.5 billion . In addition to market occupation and subdivision , brand building and innovation , the development of beverage industry should also optimize and design enterprise supply chain from a broad sense of supply chain . Supply chain is an important way to reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction . It also has some problems , such as the definition of supply chain , the status quo of industry and its development , the technology use and development of supply chain . This paper takes DWC Beverage Co . , Ltd as the research object , on the basis of the relevant theories that have been studied , according to the requirements of the enterprise diagnosis , the company carries on the diagnosis , the core focuses on the manufacturing and distribution layout of the company , and carries on the optimization and design of the supply chain .
