【摘要】:企業(yè)成功的有效工具之一是團(tuán)隊(duì)。假如需要各種經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能來完成某種工作任務(wù),往往由團(tuán)隊(duì)完成的效果比個(gè)人完成的效果更好。組織提升運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率的可行方式之一是團(tuán)隊(duì),經(jīng)由團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的共同努力可以促成積極協(xié)同的作用,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員協(xié)同的效果使得團(tuán)隊(duì)的績效水平提高,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于個(gè)體成員績效的總和。團(tuán)隊(duì)有助于組織更好地使用雇員的才能。 在競(jìng)爭愈來愈激烈的汽車行業(yè)里,A公司的產(chǎn)品模塊項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)產(chǎn)出績效低于目標(biāo)值。本文將分析A公司產(chǎn)品模塊項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中遇到的問題并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,從而為A公司產(chǎn)品模塊項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)高效運(yùn)作提供思路。 本文對(duì)A公司產(chǎn)品模塊項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的建議:一、項(xiàng)目溝通方法方面,項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)時(shí)制定溝通計(jì)劃,加強(qiáng)面對(duì)面的交流方式解決問題,清晰角色定義。二、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)考核方面,,確定項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)考核指標(biāo),確定績效考核方法,反饋績效考核結(jié)果。三、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)方面,確保激勵(lì)措施和手段的有效性,項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員完成一個(gè)項(xiàng)目或一個(gè)重要的里程碑得到獎(jiǎng)金激勵(lì),加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的精神激勵(lì)。四、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)的積累和傳遞方面,需要制定項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)歸檔化。五是項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)執(zhí)行力方面,持續(xù)監(jiān)督公司流程執(zhí)行情況和加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)使命感。
[Abstract]:One of the most effective tools for business success is the team. If a variety of experience and skills are required to accomplish a task. One of the possible ways for an organization to improve operational efficiency is through a team that can work together to create positive synergies. The team member synergy results in the improvement of the team performance level, which is much higher than the total performance of the individual members. The team helps the organization make better use of the talents of the employees. In the increasingly competitive car industry. The output performance of the product module project team of A company is lower than the target value. This paper will analyze the problems encountered in the product module project team construction of A company and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Thus provides the train of thought for the A company product module project team to operate efficiently. This article to A company product module project team construction suggestion: first, the project communication method aspect, when the project starts the formulation communication plan, strengthens the face-to-face communication way to solve the problem, the clear role definition. Project team evaluation, determine project team evaluation indicators, determine performance appraisal methods, feedback performance appraisal results. Third, project team incentives to ensure the effectiveness of incentives and means. Project team members to complete a project or an important milestone is motivated by bonus, strengthen the spirit of the project team motivation. Fourth, project team knowledge accumulation and transmission. Need to develop project team member training plan and project experience archiving. Fifth, the project team implementation, continuous monitoring of the company process implementation and strengthen the project team mission sense.
