【摘要】：質(zhì)量文化已成為企業(yè)獲得成功的關(guān)鍵要素,優(yōu)秀的質(zhì)量文化是企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的基因。加強質(zhì)量文化建設(shè),可以提高企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平和競爭力,建設(shè)具有企業(yè)特色的質(zhì)量文化已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇。中國航空動力機械研究所(簡稱動研所)是一所創(chuàng)建于上世紀(jì)六十年代的航空產(chǎn)品研制單位,基于自身創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要及航空產(chǎn)品的特點,形成了具有自己特色的軍工企業(yè)質(zhì)量文化。隨著動研所經(jīng)營環(huán)境和質(zhì)量形勢的改變,質(zhì)量文化建設(shè)逐漸暴露出諸多方面的不足,論文探索研究動研所質(zhì)量文化改進方法,使其更加適應(yīng)動研所的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 論文首先對質(zhì)量文化相關(guān)理論進行了綜述,提出了論文的研究思路與方法。通過對動研所質(zhì)量文化現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析,查找出動研所質(zhì)量文化建設(shè)在道德層、制度層、行為層、物質(zhì)層四個方面存在的問題,分析了動研所質(zhì)量文化改進的必要性。論文提出了動研所質(zhì)量文化改進應(yīng)遵循繼承創(chuàng)新、以人為本、與質(zhì)量管理有機融合的基本原則,從建設(shè)有軍工特色的道德層質(zhì)量文化、建立適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的制度層質(zhì)量文化、規(guī)范以執(zhí)行力為導(dǎo)向的行為層質(zhì)量文化和推廣以先進管理方法為基礎(chǔ)的物質(zhì)層文化等四個方面進行改進設(shè)計,并從組織、制度、人力和資金等方面提出保障措施,針對實施中可能遇到的問題提出了解決對策,為動研所質(zhì)量文化改進提供有效保證。 論文的研究成果,為動研所提供了一套符合企業(yè)實際情況、具有實踐指導(dǎo)作用的質(zhì)量文化改進方法,對其他軍工企業(yè)的質(zhì)量文化建設(shè)也有普遍的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The quality of culture has become a key factor in the success of enterprises, excellent quality culture is the sustainable development of the enterprise gene. Strengthening the construction of quality culture, can improve the quality of enterprise management level and competitiveness of the construction of quality culture with the characteristics of the enterprise has become the modern enterprise strategy selection. China Aviation Power Machinery Research Institute (referred to as dynamic TMI) was founded in. In 60s the aviation product development unit, and characteristics of aviation product development based on their own business, the formation of quality culture of military enterprises has its own characteristics. With the dynamic business environment and the quality of research situation changes, the construction of quality culture has gradually exposed many problems, the Research Institute of quality improvement methods to culture. It is more suitable to the sustainable development of the Institute.
Firstly, the quality of culture related theories are summarized, put forward the research ideas and research methods. Through the investigation and Analysis on the current situation of the Institute of quality culture, find out the construction of quality culture in the Institute of moral layer, system layer and behavior layer, there are four aspects of the physical problems, analyzes the necessity of dynamic quality improvement culture institute the dynamic research is put forward. This paper improved quality culture should follow the basic principles of inheritance and innovation, people-oriented, and quality management of organic integration, from the construction of moral culture with military layer quality characteristics, to establish a system of quality culture in the development of enterprises, standardize order execution oriented behavior layer quality culture and promotion of advanced management methods based on the physical culture in four aspects to improve the design, and from the organization, system, human capital and other aspects of security measures, the implementation may encounter The problems and put forward countermeasures for improvement of quality culture institute to provide an effective guarantee.
The research results of this paper provide a consistent with the actual situation of enterprises to institute, culture quality improvement method with practical guidance, also has a general reference for the construction of quality culture of other military enterprises.
