【摘要】：中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是玉林市地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱。經(jīng)過“十一五”的發(fā)展,玉林市初步形成了具有一定規(guī)模和特色的醫(yī)藥和食品加工業(yè)。進(jìn)入“十二五”,玉林市中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著極大的機(jī)遇,也面臨著挑戰(zhàn)和威脅。 本研究從分析玉林市中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景入手,運(yùn)用PEST分析工具,五力分析法和SWOT分析工具,對(duì)廣西玉林市中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,總結(jié)了玉林中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部機(jī)遇和威脅、自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了SWOT矩陣,得出了加快產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出了玉林中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施措施。 本研究得到以下結(jié)論： 1.玉林市中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)抓住機(jī)遇,克服威脅,充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)走出一條“又快又好”的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展道路； 2.玉林市中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)“以科技開發(fā)為先導(dǎo),以綜合效益為中心,成為有區(qū)域影響力的中醫(yī)藥企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”； 3.玉林市中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,應(yīng)優(yōu)化中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,加快新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā),引進(jìn)高素質(zhì)人才,改善投融資環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese medicine industry is an important pillar of Yulin local economic development. After the "11th Five-Year" development, Yulin has formed a certain scale and characteristics of the pharmaceutical and food industry. In 12th Five-Year, Chinese medicine industry of Yulin is facing great opportunities, is also facing the challenges and threats.
This paper analyses the development of Chinese medicine industry in Yulin city in the background, using PEST analysis tools, five forces analysis and SWOT analysis tools, faced by Guangxi Yulin traditional Chinese medicine industry development in the external environment and internal conditions, summarizes the development of Chinese medicine industry in Yulin external opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses, and on the basis of the SWOT matrix, obtained to speed up the development strategy of industry cluster, and proposes the implementation measures of Yulin traditional Chinese medicine industry development strategy.
This study obtains the following conclusions:
1. the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Yulin should seize the opportunity, overcome the threat and make full use of its own advantages to get out of a "fast and good" industrial development road.
2. the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Yulin should be "guided by the development of science and technology, with comprehensive benefits as the center, and become an industrial cluster of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises with regional influence".
3., the implementation of Yulin TCM industry development strategy should optimize the TCM industry chain, speed up the development of new technology and new products, introduce high-quality talents, and improve the investment and financing environment.
