【摘要】:隨著生產(chǎn)分工由“縱向一體化模式”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤肮⿷?yīng)鏈模式”,供應(yīng)鏈管理這種致力于對(duì)由核心生產(chǎn)企業(yè)建立的整條供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行物流、資金流以及信息流全程控制、協(xié)調(diào)的管理方式受到了眾多大型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的推崇并使之在上世紀(jì)80年代得以快速發(fā)展,使得單一企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱斯⿷?yīng)鏈間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。而作為供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要一環(huán),供應(yīng)鏈金融旨在通過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈上產(chǎn)、供、銷(xiāo)全流程的物流、資金流和信息流的深入分析,為鏈上各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)提供有針對(duì)性的金融服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,不僅增強(qiáng)了供應(yīng)鏈的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)也為金融機(jī)構(gòu)擴(kuò)展業(yè)務(wù)范圍、改善客戶結(jié)構(gòu)提供了新的渠道。 汽車(chē)行業(yè)因其自身具備的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)拉動(dòng)效應(yīng),是中國(guó)供應(yīng)鏈管理發(fā)展較早且較完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。隨著供應(yīng)鏈管理理念在中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的扎根發(fā)芽,對(duì)汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融的需求也日益迫切。自2005年起,各大商業(yè)銀行紛紛試水汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融并在不斷創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中逐步形成了各自特點(diǎn)。如今,中國(guó)汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融已基本實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上主要節(jié)點(diǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋,為整車(chē)制造商、上游供應(yīng)商、汽車(chē)分銷(xiāo)商、商業(yè)銀行及物流公司創(chuàng)造了難得的多方共贏局面。 雖然汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融在中國(guó)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁且仍具備較大的發(fā)展空間,但不可忽視的事實(shí)是,中國(guó)供應(yīng)鏈金融短短走過(guò)10年光景,在授信管理、法律保障、技術(shù)支持、物流監(jiān)管、信用體系等方面均存在諸多盲點(diǎn)和缺陷,亟待商業(yè)銀行及相關(guān)職能部門(mén)進(jìn)一步完善、改革?梢哉f(shuō),中國(guó)汽車(chē)供應(yīng)金融,乃至供應(yīng)鏈金融仍有許多空白之處需要繼續(xù)探索。 本文從商業(yè)銀行的角度出發(fā),在深入分析中國(guó)汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈特征的前提下,總結(jié)了汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融在中國(guó)的典型應(yīng)用模式,以供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納,主要介紹了應(yīng)收賬款融資模式、訂單融資模式、商票保貼融資模式、預(yù)付款融資模式、動(dòng)產(chǎn)質(zhì)押融資模式以及退款融資模式,并根據(jù)各個(gè)模式具體業(yè)務(wù)流程及操作特點(diǎn)逐一分析其存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素及防范措施。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文分析當(dāng)前汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融存在的主要問(wèn)題并提供了筆者的相應(yīng)對(duì)策,主要包括:建議專(zhuān)業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體制,開(kāi)發(fā)汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融信息技術(shù)平臺(tái),促進(jìn)物流業(yè)加快發(fā)展,建立健全法律法規(guī)等,為中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)金融力量,為汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈金融的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供方向,同時(shí)也為商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)展供應(yīng)鏈金融創(chuàng)新提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the division of labor changing from "vertical integration mode" to "supply chain mode", supply chain management is dedicated to the logistics of the entire supply chain established by the core production enterprises. Capital flow and information flow control, coordinated management by many large production enterprises praised and made it develop rapidly in -20s. As an important part of supply chain management, supply chain finance aims to supply, supply and sell the whole flow of logistics in the supply chain. The in-depth analysis of capital flow and information flow not only enhances the overall competitiveness of the supply chain, but also expands the scope of business for the financial institutions. Improved customer structure provides new channels. The automobile industry is one of the earlier and more perfect industries of supply chain management in China because of its own industrial economic pull effect, with the concept of supply chain management taking root in China's automobile industry. Since 2005, the commercial banks have been experimenting with automobile supply chain finance and gradually forming their own characteristics in the process of continuous innovation. The Chinese automobile supply chain finance has basically realized the service coverage to the main nodes in the automobile industry chain, for the whole vehicle manufacturer, the upstream supplier, the automobile distributor. Commercial banks and logistics companies have created a rare multi-win situation. Although the automobile supply chain finance has a strong development momentum in China and still has a large space for development, it can not be ignored the fact that China's supply chain finance has gone through a short period of 10 years, in credit management, legal protection. Technical support, logistics supervision, credit system and other aspects have many blind spots and defects, it is urgent for commercial banks and related functional departments to further improve and reform. Even supply chain finance still has a lot of blank place need to continue to explore. From the point of view of commercial banks, this paper summarizes the typical application mode of automobile supply chain finance in China under the premise of deeply analyzing the characteristics of Chinese automobile supply chain, and sums up the typical application mode of automobile supply chain finance in China. Mainly introduced the accounts receivable financing model, the order financing model, the commercial ticket guarantee paste financing mode, the advance payment financing pattern, the movable property pledge financing pattern as well as the refund financing pattern. And according to the specific business processes and operational characteristics of each model one by one analysis of its risk factors and preventive measures. On this basis. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the automotive supply chain finance and provides the corresponding countermeasures, including: proposing a professional supply chain financial risk management system, developing the automotive supply chain financial information technology platform. Promote the logistics industry to accelerate the development of the establishment of sound laws and regulations for the sustainable and healthy development of the Chinese auto industry contribution to the financial strength for the further development of automotive supply chain finance to provide direction. At the same time, it also provides reference value for commercial banks to carry out supply chain financial innovation.
