【摘要】：伴隨著科技的全球化進(jìn)程和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國家和區(qū)域綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要指標(biāo)。近年來,隨著高新技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新的延續(xù)性和復(fù)雜性逐漸增強(qiáng),高新技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的研制開發(fā)周期愈來愈短,創(chuàng)新的成本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大幅提高,創(chuàng)新環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性、多樣化,使得高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的生存狀態(tài)和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展受到前所未有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn)。因此,增強(qiáng)我國高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能力與水平,科學(xué)的制定適宜的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略模式,對(duì)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 作為一家高科技企業(yè),蘭州愛賽特機(jī)電科技有限公司近年來在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面取得了很大進(jìn)展,也對(duì)公司的持續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要作用,但由于公司所處行業(yè)技術(shù)水平要求高,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代快,對(duì)公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理要求嚴(yán)格,其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略有待于進(jìn)一步完善。 本文通過對(duì)公司的背景和內(nèi)部、外部技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的整體現(xiàn)狀的介紹,從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論出發(fā),綜合采用文獻(xiàn)研究、PEST分析、SWOT分析等方法,對(duì)公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略選擇的基本原則和依據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,提出了公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)體系和實(shí)現(xiàn)步驟。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文從推動(dòng)觀念創(chuàng)新和意識(shí)創(chuàng)新、進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)、建立技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的激勵(lì)機(jī)制、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的投入等層面提出實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的具體措施,以期對(duì)該公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理及企業(yè)的整體發(fā)展起到理論參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of science and technology and the vigorous development of knowledge economy, the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises has become an important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and a region. With the rapid development of high and new technology, the continuity and complexity of innovation are gradually enhanced, the research and development cycle of high and new technology and products is getting shorter and shorter, the cost and risk of innovation are greatly increased, and the complexity of innovation environment. Diversification makes the survival and long-term development of high-tech enterprises face unprecedented competition and challenge. Therefore, enhance the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises in China, enhance the ability and level of technological innovation. It is of great practical significance for high-tech enterprises to scientifically formulate the appropriate strategic mode of technological innovation. As a high-tech enterprise, Lanzhou Essite Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. has made great progress in technological innovation in recent years, and has also played an important role in the sustainable development of the company. However, due to the high technical level of the company's industry, rapid product upgrading, strict management requirements for the company's technological innovation, its technical innovation strategy needs to be further improved. Based on the introduction of the overall situation of the company's background and internal and external technological innovation, this paper, based on the theory of technological innovation, synthetically adopts the methods of literature research, pest analysis and SWOT analysis. The internal conditions and external environment of the company's technological innovation are analyzed and evaluated, and the basic principles and basis of the strategic choice of the company's technological innovation are studied. The paper puts forward the strategic target system and realization steps of the company's technological innovation. On the basis of this, this paper sets up the incentive mechanism of technological innovation from promoting the idea innovation and the consciousness innovation, carrying on the product innovation, training the talented person and establishing the technological innovation incentive mechanism. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to realize the strategy of technological innovation from the aspects of input of technological innovation, hoping to play a theoretical and referential role in the management of technological innovation and the overall development of the enterprise.
