【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和供電企業(yè)內(nèi)部改革的不斷深化,電力市場(chǎng)開發(fā)逐步走向市場(chǎng),已經(jīng)成為不可避免的事實(shí)。供電企業(yè)進(jìn)行電力市場(chǎng)開發(fā)規(guī)劃研究的意義在于:通過分析電力市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的微觀和宏觀環(huán)境,用戶的用電需求,以及電力營銷指標(biāo)完成情況,來提升供電企業(yè)營銷過程中重要的指標(biāo)水平,從而使企業(yè)滿足用戶不斷變化的用電需求,為客戶提供智能化、個(gè)性化服務(wù),方便用戶,延長(zhǎng)服務(wù)手段,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本論文的研究,將電力營銷內(nèi)外部環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略要素評(píng)價(jià)模型和波士頓矩陣評(píng)價(jià)模型引入供電公司,完善營銷管理工作,消除制約營銷能力提升的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),以更大限度地滿足用戶的用電需求,提高用戶滿意度。 本文針對(duì)浙江省西南部蓮城供電公司(代用名)的電力市場(chǎng)開發(fā)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,,運(yùn)用PEST分析法及SWOT分析技術(shù),總結(jié)出影響電力市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略要素,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略要素指標(biāo)運(yùn)用層次分析法和德爾菲法建立內(nèi)外部環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略要素評(píng)價(jià)模型,并進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析;通過對(duì)蓮城供電公司各產(chǎn)業(yè)未來用電情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),將定性評(píng)價(jià)分析結(jié)果和定量預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果相結(jié)合,運(yùn)用到改進(jìn)的波士頓矩陣中進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),以指導(dǎo)市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的制定。最后提出了蓮城供電公司電力市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略體系。本文的研究成果將為供電企業(yè)在制定市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略時(shí)提供參考性建議,并為新形勢(shì)下營銷定位和市場(chǎng)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略要素的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)提供指導(dǎo)方法。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the economic system reform and the internal reform of the power supply enterprises, the development of the electricity market has gradually moved to the market. It has become an inevitable fact. The significance of the research on power market development planning for power supply enterprises lies in: through the analysis of the micro and macro environment of electricity market development, the electricity demand of users. And the completion of power marketing indicators to improve the power supply enterprises in the process of marketing important indicators to enable enterprises to meet the ever-changing demand for electricity for customers to provide intelligent personalized services. This paper introduces the evaluation model of internal and external environment strategic elements of power marketing and Boston matrix evaluation model into the power supply company. Improve the marketing management, eliminate the weak links that restrict the promotion of marketing ability, to meet the needs of users to a greater extent, and improve customer satisfaction. According to the current situation of power market development environment of Liancheng Power supply Company in southwestern Zhejiang Province, PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis technology are used in this paper. This paper summarizes the key strategic factors that affect the development strategy of power market, and establishes the evaluation model of internal and external environmental strategic elements by using AHP and Delphi method, and carries on evaluation analysis. Through forecasting the future power consumption of various industries of Liancheng Power supply Company, combining the qualitative evaluation results with the quantitative prediction results, the paper applies them to the improved Boston matrix for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the paper puts forward the power market development strategy system of Liancheng power supply company. The research results of this paper will provide reference suggestions for power supply enterprises to formulate market development strategy. It also provides guidance for the evaluation index of marketing positioning and market development strategy elements in the new situation.
