【摘要】:伴隨經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速,中國已經(jīng)成為世界產(chǎn)品加工制造商。當(dāng)前市場需求以及技術(shù)進步愈加呈現(xiàn)多元化趨勢,這種變化使得企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃與控制的方式方法由原先制造業(yè)中處于主導(dǎo)地位的規(guī)模化大批量生產(chǎn)方式紛紛轉(zhuǎn)向多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式。訂單化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)采用怎樣的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制方法來滿足市場多樣化需求以及提升企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率和競爭水平是制造企業(yè)不可逾越的話題。本文將以H公司由規(guī)�;笈可a(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槎嗥贩N小批量生產(chǎn)方式后的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制方式為研究對象,著重研究如何以生產(chǎn)計劃與控制方法的優(yōu)化改善來提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低制造成本,增強企業(yè)核心競爭能力,并提出相應(yīng)的完善方案。 H公司主要從事飲品的研發(fā)制造、市場營銷。對外開展了OEM、OBM等代工業(yè)務(wù)。伴隨企業(yè)的逐步發(fā)展,公司自身產(chǎn)品的不斷豐富,以及代工產(chǎn)品的多樣化,公司所制造的產(chǎn)品由成立之初的一、兩種產(chǎn)品發(fā)展為目前的十多種產(chǎn)品。由此以來,企業(yè)產(chǎn)品制造由單品種規(guī)�;a(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式,這種變化使得企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃與控制的陳舊方法遇到了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文第一部分為緒論部分。該部分介紹了文章的研究背景、現(xiàn)實意義、研究內(nèi)容、論文結(jié)構(gòu)安排、及研究方法等內(nèi)容,該部分為全文的寫作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 本文第二部分對H公司基本情況,產(chǎn)品工藝流程、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)特點進行了介紹,并著重論述了H公司產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)計劃與控制現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。該章為后文的研究進一步奠定了分析基礎(chǔ)。 本文第三部分著重論述了H公司生產(chǎn)計劃與控制改進策略,本章為全文重點,根據(jù)以上對H公司飲品生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)多品種小批量生產(chǎn)的特點,以及對其生產(chǎn)過程中計劃與控制現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行深入剖析,,分別從生產(chǎn)計劃與控制體系構(gòu)建,產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的需求預(yù)測,如何制定主生產(chǎn)計劃,物料需求計劃制定,生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計劃編制等方面進行了詳細(xì)研究和闡述。為H公司飲品生產(chǎn)計劃與控制提出了一套完善的解決方案。 本文第四部分對該方案的實施進行了分析并對實施效果進行了評估。將H公司導(dǎo)入生產(chǎn)計劃與控制方案前后進行量化對比。為進一步提升公司整體運營效率,降低制造成本,提升核心競爭能力奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development, China has become a world product processing manufacturer. The current market demand and technological progress is becoming more diversified. This change has led to a shift in production planning and control from large-scale mass production in the manufacturing industry to multi-variety and small-batch production. How to order production Enterprises. It is an insurmountable topic for manufacturing enterprises to meet the diversified demands of the market and to improve the production efficiency and competition level of manufacturing enterprises by using the method of production planning and control. In this paper, the production mode of H company will be changed from large-scale mass production to more. The production planning and control mode after the small batch production is the research object. This paper focuses on how to improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing cost and enhance the core competitive ability of enterprises by optimizing and improving production planning and control methods, and puts forward the corresponding consummation scheme. H company is mainly engaged in the research and manufacture of drinks, marketing, OEM OBM and other external development business. With the gradual development of enterprises, the company's own products continue to enrich. As well as the diversification of contract products, the company's products from the beginning of the establishment of one, two products to the current more than a dozen products. The change of enterprise product manufacturing from single-variety large-scale production to multi-variety and small-batch production mode makes the old methods of enterprise production planning and control meet great challenges. The first part of this paper is the introduction part, which introduces the research background, practical significance, research content, the structure of the paper, and research methods, which lays a foundation for the writing of the full text. The second part of this paper introduces the basic situation of H Company, product process, product production characteristics. The present situation and existing problems of product production planning and control in H Company are emphatically discussed. This chapter lays a foundation for further research. The third part of this paper focuses on the H company production planning and control improvement strategy, this chapter as the focus of the full text, according to the above H company beverage production presents a variety of small batch production characteristics. As well as the production process of planning and control status and existing problems in-depth analysis, respectively from the production planning and control system construction, product production demand prediction, how to formulate the master production plan. The preparation of material requirement plan and production operation plan are studied and expounded in detail. A set of perfect solution for beverage production plan and control of H company is put forward. In the 4th part of this paper, the implementation of the program is analyzed and the effect of the implementation is evaluated. The quantitative comparison between the production plan and the control plan is carried out before and after the introduction of H company. In order to further improve the overall operational efficiency of the company. Reduce manufacturing cost, enhance core competition ability to lay a solid foundation.
