【摘要】:隨著國際形勢風云變幻,國防實力的加強、航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為國家富強、安全、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的需要。隨著國家將航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展作為國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為國家航空產(chǎn)品快速發(fā)展提供了千載難逢的機遇。機遇到來的同時,挑戰(zhàn)也接踵而至,過去中國航空工業(yè)面對的主要是國內(nèi)的市場,而今中國航空工業(yè)必須面向全球市場,必須和世界航空巨頭同臺競爭。DA公司,主要生產(chǎn)航空輕型動力及其衍生產(chǎn)品、直升機傳動系統(tǒng)、航空傳動部件等機械加工產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)燃氣輪機發(fā)電機組、航空機電類產(chǎn)品、鋁鎂合金鑄造和模具產(chǎn)品等,目前面臨著在企業(yè)快速發(fā)展進程中DA公司戰(zhàn)略目標如何制定、執(zhí)行、保障等問題,本文對通過理論工具的應(yīng)用,對DA公司的戰(zhàn)略管理進行了深入研究。 首先,對戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)展的歷史沿革、最新理論及本文用到的理論工具進行了闡述;其次,本文根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論知識,進行了環(huán)境分析:運用PEST分析法對宏觀環(huán)境進行了分析,波特“五力模型”進行了行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析,,對企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源進行了分析,內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析采用了SWOT分析法;再次,制定了DA公司的公司層、事業(yè)部層、職能層的戰(zhàn)略;最后,DA公司戰(zhàn)略控制的工具采用綜合平衡計分卡。
[Abstract]:With the changes of the international situation and the strengthening of national defense strength, the development of aviation industry has become the need of national prosperity, safety and stability. With the development of aviation industry as a national development strategy. It provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the rapid development of national aviation products. At the same time, the opportunities come, and the challenges come one after another. In the past, China's aviation industry mainly faced the domestic market. Now the Chinese aviation industry must face the global market, must compete with the world aviation giant. DA company, mainly produces the aviation light power and its derivative product, the helicopter transmission system. Aviation transmission parts and other mechanical processing products, industrial gas turbine generator sets, aviation electromechanical products, aluminum magnesium alloy casting and mold products, etc. At present, faced with the problem of how to formulate, execute and guarantee the strategic goal of DA Company in the process of rapid development of enterprises, this paper makes an in-depth study on the strategic management of DA Company through the application of theoretical tools. First of all, the history of the development of strategic management, the latest theory and the theoretical tools used in this paper are expounded. Secondly, according to the relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management, this paper analyzes the environment: using PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment, Porter "five forces model" for the industry structure analysis. The internal resources of the enterprise are analyzed, and the SWOT analysis method is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. Thirdly, the strategy of the company level, the division level and the function level of DA company is established. Finally, the strategy control tool of DA adopts integrated balanced scorecard.
