【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)發(fā)電市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)度的不斷加劇,提高企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益成為國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)電企業(yè)面臨的重大課題。發(fā)電企業(yè)必須尋求適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的管理模式與方法,加強(qiáng)合理化安全運(yùn)營(yíng),才能在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目是發(fā)電企業(yè)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)中必不可少的環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)系著企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)成本和發(fā)電安全?茖W(xué)地開(kāi)展設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目,在保證可靠性的前提下縮短檢修時(shí)間、降低檢修成本,是間接產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的有效途徑。因此,如何合理安排設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目,按時(shí)高效完成企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目,對(duì)于現(xiàn)代發(fā)電企業(yè)具有至關(guān)重要的意義。 本文從發(fā)電企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化視角出發(fā),研究和分析發(fā)電企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)、常見(jiàn)模式和等級(jí)劃分,以及深入剖析發(fā)電企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)探討和總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)存在的問(wèn)題;谶@些問(wèn)題,本文進(jìn)行了發(fā)電企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化的技術(shù)選擇分析,通過(guò)了解項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo),挖掘影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的因素,分析得到關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)方法的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)。接著本文詳細(xì)闡述了基于關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化模型及其基本過(guò)程,并對(duì)模型的實(shí)施提出了應(yīng)用機(jī)制和策略,為模型有效地應(yīng)用到企業(yè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中提供了保障。最后,以某發(fā)電企業(yè)03號(hào)機(jī)組檢修實(shí)例進(jìn)行了模型的應(yīng)用分析,闡述了實(shí)際應(yīng)用中基于關(guān)鍵鏈的進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化模型的基本過(guò)程與實(shí)施策略。 本文通過(guò)結(jié)合現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論和國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)電企業(yè)進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于關(guān)鍵鏈的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制與優(yōu)化模型。該研究成果有助于緩解目前發(fā)電企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修進(jìn)度管理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)于保證發(fā)電企業(yè)設(shè)備檢修進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition intensity of the power generation market in our country, improving the operation efficiency and economic benefit of the power generation enterprises has become an important task facing the domestic power generation enterprises. The power generation enterprises must seek the management mode and method to adapt to the new situation. Only by strengthening the rational and safe operation can we be in an invincible position in the market competition. The equipment maintenance project is an indispensable link in the daily operation of power generation enterprises. It is an effective way to indirectly produce economic benefits to carry out the equipment maintenance project scientifically, to shorten the maintenance time and reduce the maintenance cost on the premise of ensuring reliability, which is related to the experience cost and power generation safety of the enterprise. How to arrange the equipment maintenance project reasonably and finish the equipment maintenance project on time and efficiently is of great significance to modern power generation enterprises. From the point of view of schedule control and optimization of equipment maintenance project in power generation enterprises, this paper studies and analyzes the characteristics, common modes and classification of equipment maintenance project management in power generation enterprises. And deeply analyze the development status of traditional schedule control and optimization of equipment maintenance project in power generation enterprises, and discuss and summarize the existing problems of traditional technology in detail. Based on these problems. In this paper, the technical selection and analysis of schedule control and optimization of equipment maintenance project in power generation enterprises are carried out. Through the understanding of the objectives to be achieved in project schedule management, the factors that affect the realization of project schedule control and optimization objectives are excavated. The main advantages of the key chain technology compared with the traditional technology are obtained. Secondly, the progress control and optimization model based on the key chain technology and its basic process are described in detail in this paper. And put forward the application mechanism and strategy for the implementation of the model, which provides a guarantee for the model to be effectively applied to the practical activities of the enterprise. Finally, the application analysis of the model is carried out with an example of unit 03 maintenance in a power generation enterprise. The basic process and implementation strategy of progress control and optimization model based on key chain in practical application are described. This paper combines the existing project schedule management theory and the current situation of domestic power generation enterprise schedule management. The project schedule control and optimization model based on key chain is developed. The research results are helpful to alleviate the existing problems in the process of equipment maintenance schedule management in power generation enterprises. It has certain guiding significance to ensure the effective realization of equipment maintenance schedule target in power generation enterprises.
