【摘要】：我國醫(yī)藥流通行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了由計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)變,特別是今年來隨著新醫(yī)改的不斷深入,市場化程度逐漸提高,市場競爭進一步加劇。在快速發(fā)展的過程中,我國醫(yī)藥流通行業(yè)也呈現(xiàn)出許多問題。整個行業(yè)仍舊是多、小、散、亂的格局,市場集中度低,規(guī)模效應不明顯,行業(yè)平均費用率高,利潤率偏低。 從醫(yī)藥供應鏈的角度來看,我國醫(yī)藥供應鏈成員企業(yè)之間的整體合作意識薄弱,大部分企業(yè)只關注自身的利潤最大化,很少考慮整體利益。而作為醫(yī)藥供應鏈中的重要組成,醫(yī)藥第三方物流發(fā)展緩慢,主要體現(xiàn)在規(guī)模不經(jīng)濟,物流成本高,物流服務水平低等方面。我國醫(yī)藥供應鏈成員企業(yè)之間的協(xié)調(diào)和利潤分配機制尚未形成。 本文以醫(yī)藥流通行業(yè)為研究背景,以第三方物流參與下的醫(yī)藥供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)與收益分配為研究對象。首先對供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)研究進行了文獻綜述,從供應鏈之間的協(xié)調(diào),節(jié)點企業(yè)不同的供應鏈協(xié)調(diào),信息不對稱的供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)和不同研究要素的供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)等角度分析了供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)的研究現(xiàn)狀。然后對醫(yī)藥流通行業(yè)和醫(yī)藥供應鏈做了定性分析。最后,論文建立了兩個在醫(yī)藥第三方物流參與下的醫(yī)藥供應鏈博弈模型。 研究表明,在合作決策下,醫(yī)藥供應鏈的訂貨量、整體利潤等指標較獨立決策情況下能夠得到較大程度的提升；醫(yī)藥物流服務水平對于供應鏈利潤有著重要的作用,而適當?shù)囊氲谌轿锪鲀?nèi)部競爭能夠有效的提升合作過程中的物流服務水平等。此外,研究指出了合理的利潤分配機制,是醫(yī)藥供應鏈合作的必要前提條件。
[Abstract]:China's pharmaceutical circulation industry has experienced a transition from a planned economy to a market economy, especially this year with the deepening of the new medical reform, the degree of marketization has gradually improved. In the process of rapid development, there are many problems in the pharmaceutical circulation industry. The whole industry is still many, small, scattered, chaotic pattern, the market concentration is low, the scale effect is not obvious. The industry average expense rate is high, the profit margin is on the low side. From the point of view of pharmaceutical supply chain, the overall cooperation consciousness among the members of Chinese pharmaceutical supply chain is weak, and most enterprises only pay attention to their own profit maximization. As an important component of the pharmaceutical supply chain, the third party logistics of medicine develops slowly, which is mainly reflected in the uneconomical scale and high logistics cost. The coordination and profit distribution mechanism among pharmaceutical supply chain members in China has not yet been formed. In this paper, the pharmaceutical circulation industry as the research background, the third party logistics under the participation of the pharmaceutical supply chain coordination and income distribution as the research object. First, the supply chain coordination research literature review. From the coordination between the supply chain, the node enterprise different supply chain coordination. Supply chain coordination of asymmetric information and different research elements of supply chain coordination analysis of the status quo of supply chain coordination. Then the pharmaceutical circulation industry and pharmaceutical supply chain qualitative analysis. Finally. This paper establishes two game models of pharmaceutical supply chain under the participation of pharmaceutical third party logistics. The research shows that under the cooperative decision, the order quantity and the overall profit of the pharmaceutical supply chain can be improved to a greater extent than those of the independent decision. Pharmaceutical logistics service level plays an important role in the supply chain profit, and the proper introduction of third-party logistics internal competition can effectively enhance the level of logistics services in the process of cooperation. The study points out that reasonable profit distribution mechanism is a necessary prerequisite for pharmaceutical supply chain cooperation.
