【摘要】：項目融資方案設(shè)計是項目投資決策前,以擬投資建設(shè)項目的可行性分析為依據(jù),對該項目的理論依據(jù)、政策支持、方案實施、技術(shù)條件、以及投入產(chǎn)出等方面進行分析,對項目的融資整體方案進行設(shè)計以支撐整個項目的實施,從而確定項目實施的可行性。項目融資方案設(shè)計是確定項目前期工作的重要內(nèi)容,是項目實施的重要環(huán)節(jié),是確保項目成功的重要條件,可見在實施項目前,進行項目融資方案的設(shè)計是必不可少的工作程序。 本文運用融資方式理論、內(nèi)源融資、外源融資等相關(guān)理論,就SJHK4萬噸模鍛液壓項目融資方案進行了設(shè)計,從項目層面、公司層面、技術(shù)層面分析項目融資方案的必要性和可行性,剖析了項目所建設(shè)的4萬噸模鍛液壓機裝備項目的現(xiàn)實意義,以及該裝備對我國航空工業(yè)、發(fā)電設(shè)備、軍工、船舶、航天、兵器、核工業(yè)、其他民品發(fā)展的重大意義,以及以上行業(yè)對大型模鍛件的市場需求進行了充分分析,同時對4萬噸模鍛液壓項目的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)、建設(shè)方案、環(huán)境保護、資源綜合利用與節(jié)能等方面進行了充分論述與分析,進而在該項目融資需求方面進行了預測,對其股權(quán)融資方案和債權(quán)融資方案方面進行了設(shè)計,對其盈利能力、不確定性分析和經(jīng)濟評價等方面進行了論述,進而設(shè)計了該項目融資方案的相關(guān)配套保障措施,建立完善的公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)、良好的項目投融資關(guān)系溝通平臺、以及項目融資管理專業(yè)團隊和管理制度。 本文對SJHK4萬噸模鍛液壓項目融資方案進行設(shè)計,得出項目融資方案可行的結(jié)論,同時這一設(shè)計方案將為同種類項目投資與建設(shè)提供依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Project financing scheme design is the project investment decision, based on the feasibility analysis of the proposed investment and construction project, the theoretical basis of the project, policy support, program implementation, technical conditions. As well as input-output and other aspects of the analysis of the project financing overall project design to support the implementation of the whole project. In order to determine the feasibility of project implementation. Project financing scheme design is an important part of the pre-project work, is an important link in the implementation of the project, is an important condition to ensure the success of the project, can be seen before the implementation of the project. The design of a project financing scheme is an essential working procedure. In this paper, the financing method theory, endogenous financing, exogenous financing and other related theories are used to design the financing scheme of SJHK4 10,000 ton die forging hydraulic project, from the project level, the company level. At the technical level, the necessity and feasibility of the project financing scheme are analyzed, and the practical significance of the 40,000 ton die forging hydraulic press equipment project constructed by the project is analyzed, as well as the practical significance of the equipment to the aviation industry, power generation equipment and military industry in China. The great significance of the development of ship, spaceflight, weapon, nuclear industry and other civilian products, and the market demand of large die forging parts in the above industries are fully analyzed. At the same time, the technical foundation of 40,000 ton die forging hydraulic project is also given. The construction scheme, environmental protection, comprehensive utilization of resources and energy saving are discussed and analyzed, and then the financing needs of the project are forecasted. The paper designs its equity financing scheme and creditor's rights financing scheme, and discusses its profitability, uncertainty analysis and economic evaluation. Then it designs the relevant supporting safeguard measures of the project financing scheme, establishes the perfect corporate governance structure, the good project investment and financing relation communication platform, as well as the project financing management specialized team and the management system. This paper designs the financing scheme of SJHK4 ten thousand ton die forging hydraulic project, and draws the conclusion that the project financing scheme is feasible. At the same time, this design scheme will provide the basis and experience for the investment and construction of the same kind of project.
