【摘要】：隨著我國向市場經(jīng)濟轉型，市政設計咨詢行業(yè)發(fā)生了執(zhí)業(yè)主體由“單一”向“多元”的發(fā)展；市場由“本土”向“全國乃至全球”擴張，，地方市場的壟斷局面逐步被打破的改變。這種變化為行業(yè)形成規(guī)模經(jīng)濟與效益創(chuàng)造了條件，也向企業(yè)提出了創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展的新要求。因此，無論是外部競爭環(huán)境，還是內(nèi)部經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀，都迫切要求設計咨詢行業(yè)考慮創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展問題。從根本上說，就是要解決企業(yè)在新的環(huán)境下如何實現(xiàn)價值再創(chuàng)造的問題，也就是商業(yè)模式再創(chuàng)新的問題。本文研究得出的“一站式”工程服務平臺OSES（On-Stop Engineer Service）新商業(yè)模式，對于企業(yè)進一步創(chuàng)造、傳遞和獲取新的價值具有重要意義。 文章以市政設計咨詢行業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新為研究內(nèi)容，對市政設計咨詢行業(yè)的特點作了闡述，并從外部宏觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)部微觀狀態(tài)角度思考了該行業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新所具備的條件及必要性；文中通過分析、歸納國內(nèi)外商業(yè)模式研究的相關成果，以及對國內(nèi)外學者對商業(yè)模式的定義的對比分析，利用商業(yè)模式的九大因素畫布，結合國際工程公司的案例分析，對商業(yè)模式的一般概念作了定義，并從價值創(chuàng)造、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展等三個方面，結合四家國際工程公司案例，對工程總包（EPC）商業(yè)模式做了闡述與分析。最后，把平臺型商業(yè)模式和EPC模式相結合，從定位、利益相關者、盈利模式、資源和能力、以及現(xiàn)金流等五大商業(yè)模式的要素為出發(fā)點，提出了OSES平臺新商業(yè)模式；最后從市場定位、利益相關者、盈利模式、資源和能力、以及現(xiàn)金流等五個方面對該商業(yè)模式進行了可行性分析。
[Abstract]:With China's transition to a market economy, the practice consists of "single" to "multiple" the development of municipal engineering design consulting industry; market by "local" to "national and global expansion of monopoly, the local market is gradually broken change. This change has created the condition for the formation of industry of economy of scale and benefit. Also put forward new requirements to the innovation and development of enterprises. Therefore, whether internal or external competition environment, the status of the operation, is an urgent need to consider the design consulting industry innovation and development. Fundamentally speaking, is to solve the enterprise in the new environment, how to realize the value of re creation, is the business model innovation. This paper studies the" one-stop "service platform project OSES (On-Stop Engineer Service) new business model for enterprise to create, transfer and acquisition of new value It is of great significance.
Based on the business model innovation of municipal engineering design consulting industry as the research content, the characteristics of municipal engineering design consulting industry are expounded, and from the external macro environment and internal microcosmic point of view of the industry business model innovation conditions and necessity; in this paper, through the analysis of relevant results, summarized domestic and foreign commercial mode comparative analysis, as well as the domestic and foreign scholars on the definition of business models, the nine factors of business model canvas, combined with the international engineering company case analysis, the general concept of the business model are defined, and the value creation, business model innovation, three aspects of development, combined with the case of four international engineering company for general engineering (EPC) this paper expounds and analyses the business model. Finally, the platform business model combined with EPC mode, from the positioning of stakeholders, profit model, resources and capabilities And the five business models of cash flow as the starting point, it puts forward the new business mode of OSES platform. Finally, it makes feasibility analysis from five aspects: market positioning, stakeholders, profit mode, resources and capabilities, and cash flow.
