【摘要】:在全球風(fēng)電市場競爭日益激烈的情況下,當(dāng)今風(fēng)電行業(yè)競爭的焦點己由企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)移為供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭,如何對風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)進行協(xié)同管理是風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流管理亟待解決的一個問題。 本文對風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同管理進行了研究。在闡述供應(yīng)鏈、物流、協(xié)同學(xué)等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上首先介紹了風(fēng)力發(fā)電機結(jié)構(gòu)、風(fēng)機主要部件、風(fēng)電設(shè)備物流的特點,建立了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈及其物流結(jié)構(gòu),分析了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈及其物流節(jié)點企業(yè)的特征;其次建立了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同管理總體架構(gòu),描述了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同的主體,分析了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同的動因,運用協(xié)同理論的序參量、伺服原理、自組織原理構(gòu)建了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同模型,在此模型中通過分析風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同的變量得出了外生變量和內(nèi)生變量,建立了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同的序參量方程,論述了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同的演化過程,計算了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同的協(xié)同度。最后構(gòu)建了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同度評價指標體系,對各指標的具體涵義進行了解釋,運用AHP法對風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)協(xié)同度進行了評價。 本文的研究成果開啟了風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流管理的新思路,為風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流管理者提供決策依據(jù),有助于風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點企業(yè)之間相互信任,互利合作,實現(xiàn)資源和信息共享,提高風(fēng)電供應(yīng)鏈競爭能力,具有重要的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the global wind power market, the focus of wind power industry competition has shifted from the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chains and supply chains. How to carry out cooperative management of wind power supply chain logistics node enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in wind power supply chain logistics management. In this paper, the cooperative management of logistics node enterprises in wind power supply chain is studied. Firstly, the structure of wind turbine and the main components of wind turbine are introduced based on the related theories of supply chain, logistics, collaboration and so on. The characteristics of wind power equipment logistics, the wind power supply chain and its logistics structure are established, and the characteristics of wind power supply chain and its logistics node enterprises are analyzed. Secondly, the overall framework of cooperative management of wind power supply chain logistics node enterprises is established, the main body of wind power supply chain logistics node enterprise coordination is described, and the motivation of wind power supply chain logistics node enterprise coordination is analyzed. The cooperation model of logistics node in wind power supply chain is constructed by using order parameter, servo principle and self-organization principle of cooperation theory. In this model, by analyzing the variables of logistics node cooperation in wind power supply chain, the exogenous variables and endogenous variables are obtained, and the order parameter equation of cooperation of logistics node enterprises in wind power supply chain is established. This paper discusses the evolution process of cooperation of logistics node enterprises in wind power supply chain, calculates the coordination degree of logistics node enterprises in wind power supply chain, and finally constructs the evaluation index system of cooperation degree of logistics node enterprises in wind power supply chain. The concrete meaning of each index is explained, and the AHP method is used to evaluate the cooperative degree of wind power supply chain node enterprises. The research results of this paper open a new way of wind power supply chain logistics management, provide decision basis for wind power supply chain logistics managers, help wind power supply chain logistics node enterprises mutual trust and mutually beneficial cooperation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize the sharing of resources and information and to improve the competitive ability of wind power supply chain.
