【摘要】：本文題為“東北老工業(yè)基地區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作模式選擇”。主要利用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論，綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)輔助學(xué)科進(jìn)行研究。東北老工業(yè)基地在東北亞中的區(qū)域分工合作中占據(jù)重要的位置，但長期以來東北老工業(yè)基的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作還處于較低層次，并沒有利用自身的比較優(yōu)勢和要素稟賦形成縱向與橫向多層次、深入的分工與合作，，形成規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)使區(qū)域的總體產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力得到提升。特別是內(nèi)蒙東部地區(qū)，雖然自然資源豐富，但資源開采效率較低。如何對東北老工業(yè)基地及內(nèi)蒙古東部地區(qū)的區(qū)域總體形成合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工，并最終通過恰當(dāng)?shù)暮献髂Ｊ阶鳛榉止さ膶?shí)現(xiàn)形式是本文主要研究的問題。本文通過利用區(qū)位商、比較勞動生產(chǎn)率等區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的理論對東北老工業(yè)基地多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化分析，對四省的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工進(jìn)行研究，以東北老工業(yè)基地產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化作為目標(biāo)，通過分析橫向和縱向不同的合作模式，為東北老工業(yè)基地分工后的合作提供理論依據(jù)。緒論部分從總體上說明了本文的框架結(jié)構(gòu)，第一章通過對國外及國內(nèi)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理，對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工、區(qū)域合作及分工與合作的關(guān)系在理論上進(jìn)行整合，為下文的分析提供了強(qiáng)大的理論工具，第二章深入闡述了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作的影響因素并分析相關(guān)影響因素如何作用區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作的模式，第三章分析了東北老工業(yè)基地的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作的作用機(jī)制，并且闡述了東北老工業(yè)基地產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作的現(xiàn)狀，第四章利用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論提出了構(gòu)建區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的模型并進(jìn)行了量化分析，第五章主要在前述基礎(chǔ)上提出了適合東北老工業(yè)基地的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分工及合作模式，并根據(jù)東北老工業(yè)基地的實(shí)際情況提出相關(guān)的政策建議。本文對完善東北老工業(yè)基地的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、深化分工與合作都具有實(shí)在意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, entitled "the old industrial base of the Northeast regional industrial division and cooperation mode". The main use of regional economics theory, industrial economics and other related research on comprehensive auxiliary discipline. Occupy an important position in the regional division of labor in Northeast Asia in the northeast old industrial base, but for a long time, regional industrial division and cooperation of northeast old industrial base is at a low level, and no use of comparative advantage and factor of forming their own vertical and horizontal level, division of labor and cooperation, the formation of scale economy make the overall competitiveness of the regional industry to upgrade. Especially in the eastern region of Inner Mongolia, rich in natural resources, but the exploitation efficiency of resources is low. How to overall regional the old industrial base in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia in the eastern part of the formation of a reasonable division of labor, and finally through the appropriate mode of cooperation as a form of division of labor Is the main problem of this article. In this paper, by using location quotient, comparative labor productivity in regional economics theory in the northeast old industrial base in a number of indicators of quantitative analysis of the four provinces of the industrial division of the northeast old industrial base of industrial coordination and regional economic integration as the goal, through the analysis of different horizontal and vertical the mode of cooperation, to provide a theoretical basis for the old industrial base of the northeast division of labor cooperation. The introduction part describes the framework of this paper on the whole, the first chapter of the foreign and domestic related theories in carding, division of regional industry, the relationship between regional cooperation and division of labor and cooperation integration in theory, provide powerful theoretical tool for the analysis below, the second chapter elaborates the influence factors of regional industrial division and cooperation and to analyze the related factors by Region Domain of industrial division and cooperation mode, the third chapter analyzes the function mechanism of the regional industrial division and cooperation of the northeast old industrial base, and expounds the current situation of the northeast old industrial base of industrial division and cooperation, the fourth chapter puts forward the construction of regional industrial division model using regional economics and related disciplines theory and quantitative analysis. In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the above proposed regional industrial division and cooperation mode for the northeast old industrial base, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions according to the actual situation of the northeast old industrial base. This paper industry chain on the perfection of the northeast old industrial base, has real significance to deepen the division of labor and cooperation.
