【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得到越來越多國家的重視。近年來,生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,在全球醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)中所占比例逐年提高,我國非常重視生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,在《“十二五”國家戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》中也把生物產(chǎn)業(yè)列入戰(zhàn)略性新型產(chǎn)業(yè),而生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)就是生物產(chǎn)業(yè)的最大分支。近三十年來國內(nèi)的政策環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)需求有利于生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,我國的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)在研發(fā)水平、技術(shù)水平、生產(chǎn)水平、人力資源等方面取得了令人矚目的成績(jī),但是與歐美等發(fā)達(dá)的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)水平相比,還是處于初級(jí)水平。我國人口眾多,生物醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)很大,但是我國的生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)不止在世界市場(chǎng)上只占2%左右的比重,在國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上也并沒有較高的市場(chǎng)占有率,我國必須要提升生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文在產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論基礎(chǔ)之上,分析了我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的情況和國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀,繼而對(duì)影響我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素進(jìn)行研究,提出了提升我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一些對(duì)策建議,期望能促進(jìn)我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)品的種類、生物醫(yī)藥制品知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等方面的一些提高,進(jìn)而提升我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文的基本框架安排如下： 第1章緒論部分。對(duì)提升我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究背景和意義進(jìn)行了闡述,之后回顧了我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹,最后在對(duì)生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念進(jìn)行界定后,詳細(xì)闡述了生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。 第2章是文章研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。本文先闡明了產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的定義和內(nèi)涵,然后詳細(xì)闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論基礎(chǔ),最后闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論模型和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。 第3章首先分析了國際生物醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)的基本情況,對(duì)各國關(guān)于生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,然后分析了現(xiàn)階段我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。 第4章在進(jìn)出口數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)算了凈出口指標(biāo)、貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)、市場(chǎng)占有率和顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù),通過這些指標(biāo)可以看出我國的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較低,需要提高。 第5章通過建立模型對(duì)影響我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素進(jìn)行了分析,包括生產(chǎn)要素、政府、需求條件等決定因素和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、品牌、營(yíng)銷等輔助因素。 最后一章在以上各章的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提升我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一些對(duì)策。 本文在產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論和方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力狀況進(jìn)行了初步、系統(tǒng)的探索。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, improve the international competitiveness of the industry to get more and more national attention. In recent years, the rapid development of bio pharmaceutical industry, the proportion increased year by year in the global pharmaceutical market, our country attaches great importance to the development of bio pharmaceutical industry, "in the" 12th Five-Year "national strategic emerging industry development planning in the biotechnology industry in. The strategic new industry, and the largest branch of bio pharmaceutical industry is the biological industry. Over the past thirty years, the domestic policy environment and market demand is conducive to the development of bio pharmaceutical industry, China's bio pharmaceutical industry in the development level, technical level, production level, human resources has made remarkable achievements, but compared to the biological the pharmaceutical industry level and developed, still at the primary level. China has a large population, bio pharmaceutical market is large, but China's bio medicine Pharmaceutical companies not only account for about 2% of the world market share, but also have no high market share in the domestic market. China must enhance the international competitiveness of the bio pharmaceutical industry.
Based on the theory of industrial international competitiveness, analyzes the situation and the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry, import and export trade, and to study the factors affecting the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry, and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry in China, I hope to promote the bio pharmaceutical industry the research and innovation capacity, product quality, product variety, improve biomedical products, the protection of intellectual property rights, and enhance the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry. The basic frame of the paper is as follows:
The first chapter is the introduction part. To enhance the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry research background and significance are expounded, then reviews the research status of the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry, and the innovation of this paper is briefly introduced, finally defines the concept of biological medicine industry, described in detail the characteristics of bio pharmaceutical industry.
The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the article research. First, it clarifies the definition and connotation of the international competitiveness of the industry, then elaborates the theoretical basis of the international competitiveness of the industry, and finally expounds the theoretical model and evaluation index of the international competitiveness of the industry.
The third chapter first analyzes the basic situation of the international bio pharmaceutical market, compares the policies of various countries on biomedicine industry, and then analyzes the characteristics of China's bio pharmaceutical industry at this stage.
The fourth chapter, based on the data of import and export, calculates net export index, trade competitiveness index, market share and revealed comparative advantage index. Through these indicators, we can see that the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry is low and needs to be improved.
The fifth chapter analyzes the factors that influence the competitiveness of China's biopharmaceutical industry by establishing models, including factors of production, government, demand and other factors, including product quality, brand, marketing and other auxiliary factors.
On the basis of the above chapters, the last chapter puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry.
On the basis of the research on the theory and method of the international competitiveness of the industry, this paper has carried out a preliminary and systematic exploration of the international competitiveness of China's bio pharmaceutical industry.
