【摘要】：無(wú)論是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家工業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)的最終目的是形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,節(jié)約企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本,凝聚產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)組團(tuán)式發(fā)展。但我國(guó)多數(shù)工業(yè)園區(qū)片面追求數(shù)量增加,忽略產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和獨(dú)特地域性性的產(chǎn)業(yè)、培養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),致使很多地方的開發(fā)區(qū)或產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、模式上相近甚至相同,對(duì)國(guó)家有限的資源來(lái)說(shuō)是一種嚴(yán)重的浪費(fèi),也加重了國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)烈度。本文以鹿島偉谷投資有限公司如何加快推動(dòng)鹿島v谷科技園工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成和發(fā)展為主線,以生態(tài)環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為目的,首先,對(duì)科技工業(yè)園區(qū)相關(guān)管理理論進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié);隨后,從鹿島v谷科技工業(yè)園規(guī)劃情況、建設(shè)情況、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)情況等方面,分析了園區(qū)發(fā)展情況,提出了工業(yè)園區(qū)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在得一些實(shí)際問題。接著著重分析了工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展過(guò)程以及發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所具備的各種因素及支撐條件,根據(jù)工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展規(guī)律采用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群分析法,對(duì)鹿島v谷科技工業(yè)園的進(jìn)行了深入分析,得出了最終戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是形成鹿島v谷科技工業(yè)園產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,并根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展規(guī)律規(guī)劃出了鹿島v谷科技工業(yè)園產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的階段性目標(biāo)和階段性發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并為如何實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和政策環(huán)境等方面提出了保障措施。在石家莊鹿島偉谷投資有限公司積極引導(dǎo)和管理之下,鹿島v谷科技工業(yè)園產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略一定會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn),鹿島v谷科技工業(yè)園必將在中國(guó)光谷內(nèi)成為一個(gè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、創(chuàng)新能力、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面成績(jī)卓著的工業(yè)園區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of industrial park construction in both developed and developing countries is to form an industrial cluster, which can economize the production cost of enterprises and consolidate the competitiveness of the industry. But most of the industrial parks in our country seek to increase the number of industries, ignore the core competitiveness of industrial parks and unique regional industries, and cultivate superior industries. As a result, many local development zones or industrial parks in the industrial structure, functions, models are similar or even the same, to the limited resources of the country is a serious waste. This paper focuses on how to speed up the formation and development of industrial clusters in Ludao V Valley Science and Technology Park, with the aim of ecological environment and industrial clusters. First of all, the related management theory of science and technology industrial park has been combed and summarized. Then, the paper analyzes the development of the park from the aspects of planning, construction and infrastructure construction of Ludao v valley science and technology industrial park. The paper puts forward some practical problems in the development of industrial parks, and then analyzes the development process of industrial clusters in industrial parks and the various factors and supporting conditions for the development of industrial clusters. According to the development law of industrial clusters in industrial parks, the industrial cluster analysis method is used to analyze the development of Ludao v-gu science and technology industrial park, and the final strategic goal is to form the industrial cluster of Ludao v-gu science and technology industrial park. And according to the development law of industrial cluster, the stage target and development strategy of industrial cluster of Ludao vgu science and technology industrial park are planned. And for how to achieve the strategic objectives from the infrastructure and policy environment and other aspects of security measures. Shijiazhuang Ludao Weigu Investment Co., Ltd. under the active guidance and management. The industrial cluster strategy of Ludao v-gu science and technology industrial park will be realized, and it will become an economic scale, industrial cluster, competitive advantage and innovation ability in the light valley of china.
