【摘要】：中交一公局第六工程有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：六公司）作為建筑施工企業(yè)主要從事房屋建筑、公路、水利、電力、橋梁、礦山等土木工程的施工。目前，該類(lèi)企業(yè)面臨的最大挑戰(zhàn)之一是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)過(guò)程的控制管理，這是由外部的大環(huán)境和企業(yè)自身的小環(huán)境所決定的。外部環(huán)境中，建筑施工行業(yè)事故頻發(fā)，政府部門(mén)和新聞媒體緊密追蹤，使得企業(yè)承擔(dān)著巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)責(zé)任的壓力；而內(nèi)部環(huán)境中，在目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的背景下，工程項(xiàng)目減少，各項(xiàng)成本增加，企業(yè)管理模式遇到瓶頸，也使企業(yè)不得不去苦苦探索規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)，以期得到新的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn)。 基于此，本文首先介紹并歸納了建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論，并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代管理理念與六公司的工作實(shí)際，對(duì)六公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)過(guò)程管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行科學(xué)的剖析，分析其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的現(xiàn)狀和管理上存在的問(wèn)題，并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法。另外，本文引用國(guó)際項(xiàng)目管理和一般企業(yè)管理理論，，從文化角度具體分析了國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制上的先天不足和努力方向。以保障企業(yè)在可控的低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上安全運(yùn)營(yíng)，并為同行業(yè)其他企業(yè)提供了值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方法。
[Abstract]:As a construction enterprise, Zhongjiao Yigang 6th Engineering Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the construction of civil engineering such as building, highway, water conservancy, electric power, bridge, mine and so on. At present. One of the biggest challenges faced by this kind of enterprises is the control and management of risk process, which is determined by the external environment and the small environment of the enterprise itself. In the external environment, accidents occur frequently in the construction industry. The government departments and the news media closely follow up, making the enterprises bear the enormous pressure of economic benefit and social responsibility; In the internal environment, under the background of the current economic environment, engineering projects are reduced, various costs increased, the enterprise management model encountered bottlenecks, but also make enterprises have to explore to avoid risk, play advantages. In order to get new development opportunities. Based on this, this paper first introduced and summarized the construction enterprise project risk management related theory, and combined with the modern management concept and six companies' work practice. This paper makes a scientific analysis of the risk process management of six companies, analyzes the present situation of risk management and the problems existing in the management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. In this paper, international project management and general enterprise management theory are cited. From the cultural point of view, the paper analyzes the inherent deficiency and direction of domestic enterprises in risk control, in order to ensure the safe operation of enterprises on the basis of controllable and low risk. And for other enterprises in the same industry to provide experience and methods worth learning.
