【摘要】:由于能源危機(jī)與環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題的加劇,節(jié)能降耗、減少對(duì)化石燃料的依賴成為世界各國(guó)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。在此背景下,以“以電代油、能效高、噪音低”著稱的電動(dòng)汽車成為各國(guó)追捧的對(duì)象,大力發(fā)展電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)成為汽車行業(yè)未來(lái)幾十年的必然選擇。這對(duì)作為電動(dòng)汽車電能供應(yīng)商的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),將是一次重要的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。因此,研究未來(lái)電動(dòng)汽車規(guī)模化發(fā)展對(duì)電網(wǎng)的影響,尤其探討電動(dòng)汽車大規(guī)模入網(wǎng)充電帶給電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的影響,并找到可行的應(yīng)對(duì)之策,對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)更好地決策在未來(lái)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的參與方式有重要的參考價(jià)值。 基于此,本文從未來(lái)電動(dòng)汽車行業(yè)將實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī);l(fā)展的角度出發(fā),分析其對(duì)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響,主要包括如下四個(gè)部分。1、分析了電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并詳細(xì)闡述了電動(dòng)汽車及其充電設(shè)施相關(guān)技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀;2、借鑒經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中常用的SWOT分析方法,對(duì)電網(wǎng)在電動(dòng)汽車規(guī);l(fā)展中存在的優(yōu)、劣勢(shì)及面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了全方位分析,以確定電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與電動(dòng)汽車用電服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展路徑;3、在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以定量手段分析了電動(dòng)汽車規(guī)模化發(fā)展對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)效益方面的影響,主要包括經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益及環(huán)境效益,研究結(jié)果表明電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與電動(dòng)汽車充電設(shè)施建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)是可行的;4、基于SWOT分析結(jié)果和發(fā)展路徑,對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與電動(dòng)汽車規(guī);l(fā)展的應(yīng)對(duì)策略進(jìn)行了探討,包括充電基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施布點(diǎn)建設(shè)、充電設(shè)施運(yùn)營(yíng)模式及多元業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展等在內(nèi)的四個(gè)模塊,初步形成了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)參與電動(dòng)汽車用電服務(wù)市場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的體系架構(gòu)。 通過(guò)利用定量和定性兩種手段分析電動(dòng)汽車規(guī);l(fā)展對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響,本文對(duì)于如何推動(dòng)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,形成適用于我國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)與電網(wǎng)企業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的設(shè)施規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式及多方支撐等具有較強(qiáng)的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Due to the energy crisis and environmental pollution, energy conservation and consumption reduction, reducing the dependence on fossil fuels has become an urgent problem in the world. Under this background, "electricity instead of oil, high energy efficiency". The electric vehicle which is famous for its low noise has become the object of pursuit all over the world, and vigorously developing the electric vehicle industry has become the inevitable choice for the automotive industry in the next several ten years. This is the power grid enterprise as the electric power supplier of the electric vehicle. Therefore, the influence of the scale development of electric vehicles on the power grid in the future is studied, especially the impact of large-scale charging of electric vehicles on the operation of power grid enterprises. And find out the feasible countermeasures, which has important reference value for the grid enterprises to make better decision in the future electric vehicle industry chain participation mode. Based on this, this paper from the future electric vehicle industry will achieve large-scale development point of view, analysis of its impact on the grid operation, mainly including the following four parts. 1, analysis of the electric vehicle industry development trend. The research status of electric vehicle and its charging facilities is described in detail. 2. Referring to the common SWOT analysis method in operation and management, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of electric vehicle in the development of electric vehicle scale. In order to determine the power grid enterprises to participate in the electric vehicle electricity service market development path; 3. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the influence of the scale development of electric vehicle on the operation benefit of power grid enterprise is analyzed by quantitative means, including economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. The results show that it is feasible for power grid enterprises to participate in the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities. 4. Based on the results of SWOT analysis and the development path, the paper discusses the countermeasures of power grid enterprises to participate in the large-scale development of electric vehicles, including the construction of charging infrastructure layout. The four modules, including the operation mode of charging facilities and the development of multiple services, have initially formed the system framework for grid enterprises to participate in the operation of electric vehicle power service market. Through the use of quantitative and qualitative means to analyze the impact of the scale development of electric vehicles on the operation of power grid enterprises, this paper is about how to promote the development of electric vehicle industry. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to form the facility planning, operation mode and multi-support for the coordinated development of electric vehicle industry and power grid enterprises in China.
