【摘要】：我國的建筑行業(yè)在經(jīng)過近20年的高速發(fā)展后，已經(jīng)成為促進國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)，在帶給我們財富和就業(yè)的同時也帶來了資源、環(huán)境壓力，在倡導(dǎo)綠色發(fā)展模式的今天，，建筑業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的高投入高消耗、高排放、低效率的粗放式增長方式難以為繼，必須加快轉(zhuǎn)型步伐。 本文以建筑施工企業(yè)為研究對象，在概述了相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)之上，首先分析了建筑施工企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型現(xiàn)狀及轉(zhuǎn)型困境，然后通過實地調(diào)研分析了影響建筑施工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵因素，并對建筑施工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型進行SWOT分析，進而提出了建筑施工企業(yè)綠色發(fā)展模式下轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑。 為進一步評價目前建筑施工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型情況，為后續(xù)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型工作提供依據(jù)，本文采用定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合、理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合的研究方法，以綠色經(jīng)濟的理論及建筑施工企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ)，在提取影響建筑施工企業(yè)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型關(guān)鍵因素的基礎(chǔ)上，進一步構(gòu)建綠色發(fā)展模式下建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型評價模型，以期更好的評價目前建筑業(yè)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型程度，為建筑業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型提供服務(wù)。 論文的最后將建立的評價模型用于實例，通過實證分析驗證模型可行性，為建筑施工行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型評價模型的制定做了一次嘗試。并提出論文的展望和不足，以及需要進一步改進的工作。
[Abstract]:After nearly 20 years of rapid development, the construction industry in China has become a pillar industry to promote the development of the national economy. It has brought us wealth and employment, but also brought about the pressure of resources and environment. In advocating the green development mode today, the traditional extensive growth mode of high input and high consumption, high emission and low efficiency in the construction industry is difficult to continue, so it is necessary to accelerate the pace of transformation. In this paper, the construction enterprises as the research object, on the basis of an overview of the relevant theory, first of all, the transformation of the construction enterprises and the transformation of the status quo and difficulties. Then through the field investigation and analysis of the key factors that affect the transformation of construction enterprises, and SWOT analysis of the transformation of construction enterprises. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the path of transformation under the green development mode of construction enterprises. In order to further evaluate the current situation of the transformation of construction enterprises and provide the basis for the subsequent enterprise transformation, this paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, theoretical research and empirical research. Based on the theory of green economy and the development status of construction enterprises, the key factors affecting the economic transformation of construction enterprises are extracted. In order to better evaluate the degree of transformation of construction enterprises and provide services for the transformation of construction industry, the evaluation model of economic transformation of construction industry under the green development model is further constructed in order to better evaluate the degree of transformation of construction enterprises at present. At the end of the paper, the evaluation model is used as an example, the feasibility of the model is verified by empirical analysis, and an attempt is made for the establishment of the evaluation model for the transformation of construction industry, and the prospects and shortcomings of the paper are put forward. And work that needs further improvement.
