【摘要】:2008年國際金融危機發(fā)生之后,我國汽車市場受到很大沖擊,增長速度明顯下降,國內(nèi)70多家汽車企業(yè)集團當中,前十家汽車企業(yè)的銷量占據(jù)了總銷量的85%以上。汽車行業(yè)是一個高投入、高技術(shù)水平、規(guī)模效益行業(yè),,國內(nèi)眾多小型汽車企業(yè)沒有足夠的實力進行汽車核心技術(shù)的研發(fā),導致資源浪費嚴重,反復投入較多。我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模雖然位居世界前列,但產(chǎn)業(yè)總體水平與世界先進汽車企業(yè)還有很大的差距。為了調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)化資源配置,2009年4月,國家發(fā)布了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的振興規(guī)劃,首次對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)重組從政策上加以明確,并對市場份額占90%以上的汽車集團的數(shù)量和擔負重組重任的主要汽車集團進行了明確。重組完成以后,我國會逐步培養(yǎng)出具有國際競爭力的汽車企業(yè)集團,以參與國際競爭。 本文將通過對2009年長安汽車集團重組事件的認真分析與總結(jié),揭示長安汽車集團在此次重組事件當中,采取的戰(zhàn)略和措施的有效性,總結(jié)重組過程中存在的問題及不足,對未來幾年我國汽車行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的重組事件提供借鑒。本文共分為四個部分。第一個部分介紹了選題的背景和意義,并從理論方面闡述了企業(yè)重組的動因,以及在企業(yè)重組方面的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分重點介紹了長安汽車集團及參與重組的各企業(yè)的主要情況;第三部分對重組前后的狀況進行了對比,并從戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、重組企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理、政府作用方面揭示了長安汽車集團在此次重組中存在的問題,并獲得了一定的啟示;第四部分針對此次重組存在的問題提出了一些對策和建議,為今后國內(nèi)汽車企業(yè)的重組提供借鑒。 本文主要采取案例分析的方法,借鑒長安汽車集團重組案例對我國汽車行業(yè)重組活動進行了分析研究,針對重組中存在的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、決策管理、政府作用進行了較為全面的分析論述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了自己的意見和建議,以期為未來我國汽車行業(yè)的重組活動提供一些有價值的參考,避免出現(xiàn)類似的問題,影響重組的成效。
[Abstract]:In 2008, after the international financial crisis, the automobile market of our country suffered a great impact, the growth rate obviously decreased, among the domestic more than 70 automobile enterprise groups. The top ten auto companies account for more than 85% of the total sales volume. The auto industry is a high-input, high-tech, scale efficient industry. Many domestic small automobile enterprises do not have enough strength to carry on the research and development of automobile core technology, which leads to serious waste of resources and repeated investment. Although the scale of China's automobile industry ranks among the top in the world. In order to adjust the industrial structure and optimize the allocation of resources, in April 2009, the government issued the plan for the revitalization of automobile industry. For the first time, the policy of auto industry restructuring is clarified, and the number of automobile groups with market share of more than 90% and the major automobile groups that bear the heavy responsibility of restructuring are clarified. After the reorganization is completed. China will gradually cultivate an international competitive automobile enterprise group to participate in international competition. This article will reveal the effectiveness of the strategy and measures adopted by Changan Automobile Group in the reorganization incident in 2009 through the careful analysis and summary of the reorganization incident of Changan Automobile Group. Summarize the problems and shortcomings in the process of restructuring, to provide a reference for the next few years of the reorganization of the automobile industry. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic. And from the theory aspect elaborated the enterprise reorganization the motive, as well as in the enterprise reorganization aspect domestic and foreign research present situation; The second part mainly introduces the main situation of Changan Automobile Group and the enterprises involved in the reorganization. The third part compares the situation before and after the reorganization, and from the strategic planning, reorganization of business management, the role of the government to reveal the existing problems in the reorganization of Changan Automobile Group. And got some enlightenment; In the 4th part, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in the reorganization, which can be used as a reference for the reorganization of domestic automobile enterprises in the future. This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis, drawing lessons from the case of Changan Automobile Group reorganization to analyze and study the reorganization activities of China's automobile industry, aiming at the strategic planning and decision-making management in the reorganization. On the basis of this, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions in order to provide some valuable reference for the reorganization of China's automobile industry in the future. Avoid similar problems and affect the effectiveness of the reorganization.
