【摘要】：本文簡(jiǎn)要了介紹自20世紀(jì)50年代中期開始的美日紡織品貿(mào)易摩擦的情況,重點(diǎn)分析了1969年紡織品問題的有來以及美日兩國(guó)對(duì)返還沖繩與處理紡織品問題的基本政策與策略。美日兩國(guó)都采取把紡織品問題和沖繩返還分開處理的政策,載具體的實(shí)施過程中采取了秘密談判與公開的外交談判相結(jié)合的方式,歷時(shí)三年多的時(shí)間,終于在1972年1月3日簽署了《美日紡織品貿(mào)易協(xié)定》,成功解決了紡織品問題。本文利用若泉敬回憶錄、基辛格通話記錄以及DNSA原始檔案等,淺談對(duì)“以線換繩”的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)的理解。美日紡織品貿(mào)易摩擦對(duì)美日兩國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易有著重要影響。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduced since the beginning of the mid 1950s US Japan textile trade friction, focuses on the analysis of the problem and to a 1969 textile of Japan to return Okinawa and textile basic policy and strategy. Both US and Japan adopt the textile and the return of Okinawa to separate policy, secret negotiations and diplomatic negotiations with the public. The combination of the load in the concrete implementation process adopted, which lasted more than three years, and finally in January 3, 1972 signed a "Japan Textile Trade Agreement", successfully solved the problem of textile. This paper uses the wakaizumi Jing Kissinger memoir, call records and DNSA the original file, on the academic point of view of "wire rope changing" understanding. Have an important impact on US Japan textile trade friction on the United States and Japan economy and foreign trade.
