【摘要】:本文以我國小家電產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)M公司D產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)管理問題為研究對象。在闡述M公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)特別是品質(zhì)管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)、品質(zhì)管理工作內(nèi)容、品質(zhì)管理體系的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對M公司D產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)管理進(jìn)行分析,并嘗試將影響因素進(jìn)行排序。 根據(jù)影響因素排序的結(jié)果,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)M公司D產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)管理整體上做得不錯(cuò),但是在品質(zhì)管理體系方面還存在較大的改進(jìn)空間。 因此,筆者認(rèn)為M公司應(yīng)該加大預(yù)防成本的投入,,并建議M公司D產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)管理體系應(yīng)該設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)品質(zhì)管理體系。通過該體系的順利運(yùn)行可以規(guī)范D產(chǎn)品在整個(gè)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)過程中的信息反饋過程。只要信息反饋真實(shí)有效且快速, D產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品就將更加滿足消費(fèi)者的需求,同時(shí)D產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)損耗成本就能有效的減少。如此一來,在盈利變化不大的前提下,成本減少;或者在成本不變的情況下盈利增加;再或者成本減少的同時(shí)盈利也增加,無論三者中的哪一種情況出現(xiàn),都將意味著D產(chǎn)品通過該產(chǎn)品服務(wù)品質(zhì)管理體系的順利實(shí)施而能獲取的利潤的提高。 筆者相信本文的研究將對M公司D產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)管理決策有所幫助。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the quality management of China's small household electrical appliances production company M D products as the research object. On the organizational structure of M company especially quality management organization structure, quality management, quality management system based on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods for M company D product quality management, and try to sort the influence factors.
According to the sorting results of influencing factors, the author finds that the quality management of D products of M company is good as a whole, but there is still much room for improvement in quality management system.
Therefore, the author thinks that M company should increase the cost of prevention, and suggests that we should M D product quality management system to design a product service quality management system. Through the smooth operation of the system can regulate D products throughout the products and services in the process of information feedback process. As long as the information feedback real effective and fast, D products it will be more products to meet consumer demand, while D product quality loss cost can be effectively reduced. As a result, in the premise of profit changes little, cost or profit increase in cost reduction; invariant condition; or reduce the cost of profit also increased at the same time, no matter what kind of situation three in all, will mean that D products can be obtained through the successful implementation of the products and service quality management system and to increase profits.
The author believes that this study will help the quality management decision of M D products.
