【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)與歐美世界就紡織品貿(mào)易達(dá)成協(xié)議,我國(guó)暫時(shí)獲得了一個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的服裝出口環(huán)境,但行業(yè)嚴(yán)重依賴(lài)勞動(dòng)力成本優(yōu)勢(shì)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力較弱的特性仍未改變。通過(guò)打造服裝企業(yè)的敏捷供應(yīng)鏈和第三方供應(yīng)鏈管理服務(wù)所帶來(lái)的管理創(chuàng)新,可以使我國(guó)服裝出口企業(yè)能主動(dòng)適應(yīng)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)采購(gòu)模式的變化,提高企業(yè)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。打造外貿(mào)服裝出口電子商務(wù)的供應(yīng)鏈平臺(tái),就是服裝出口企業(yè)為適應(yīng)國(guó)外零售商和采購(gòu)商對(duì)服裝復(fù)雜多變的需求,縮短交貨時(shí)間而采取的一種運(yùn)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。本文通過(guò)對(duì)服裝敏捷供應(yīng)鏈本質(zhì)、特征及反應(yīng)機(jī)制和服裝業(yè)及國(guó)際服裝市場(chǎng)的分析,提出了我國(guó)服裝外貿(mào)企業(yè)圍繞快速反應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略打造以電子商務(wù)為平臺(tái)的敏捷供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作模式。即建立以服裝出口企業(yè)為核心的虛擬組織,實(shí)施快速反應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略;加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)和使用CAD CAM等先進(jìn)設(shè)備;調(diào)整生產(chǎn)流程,使之適應(yīng)大規(guī)模定制的要求;建立敏捷的物流系統(tǒng)。最佳供應(yīng)鏈不只是速度快、成本低,而且還必須反應(yīng)敏捷,適應(yīng)力強(qiáng),并且能使各方利益保持一致。最后,本文以所接觸到的春宇公司為案例,介紹了一種成功的第三方供應(yīng)鏈管理服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With China's agreement with the European and American world on textile trade, China has gained a relatively stable export environment for a time. However, the characteristics of the industry which rely heavily on labor cost advantages and weak competitiveness remain unchanged. By creating the management innovation brought by the agile supply chain and the third party supply chain management services, we can make our clothing export enterprises adapt to the changes of the international market procurement mode and enhance their competitiveness. To build the supply chain platform of e-commerce for export trade is an operation strategy for garment exporting enterprises to adapt to the complex and changeable demands of foreign retailers and buyers and shorten the delivery time. Based on the analysis of the essence, characteristics and reaction mechanism of garment agile supply chain, and the analysis of garment industry and international garment market, this paper puts forward the operation mode of China's garment foreign trade enterprises to create an agile supply chain based on e-commerce platform around the rapid response strategy. That is to say, we should set up a virtual organization centered on garment export enterprises, implement quick response strategy, strengthen information construction and use CAD CAM and other advanced equipment, adjust production processes to adapt to the requirements of mass customization, and establish an agile logistics system. The best supply chain is not only fast and low in cost, but also must be responsive, adaptable, and consistent with the interests of all parties. Finally, this paper introduces a successful third party supply chain management service strategy based on the case of spring woo company.
