【摘要】:隨著中國與歐美世界就紡織品貿(mào)易達成協(xié)議,我國暫時獲得了一個相對穩(wěn)定的服裝出口環(huán)境,但行業(yè)嚴重依賴勞動力成本優(yōu)勢、競爭能力較弱的特性仍未改變。通過打造服裝企業(yè)的敏捷供應鏈和第三方供應鏈管理服務所帶來的管理創(chuàng)新,可以使我國服裝出口企業(yè)能主動適應國際市場采購模式的變化,提高企業(yè)自身競爭力。打造外貿(mào)服裝出口電子商務的供應鏈平臺,就是服裝出口企業(yè)為適應國外零售商和采購商對服裝復雜多變的需求,縮短交貨時間而采取的一種運營戰(zhàn)略。本文通過對服裝敏捷供應鏈本質(zhì)、特征及反應機制和服裝業(yè)及國際服裝市場的分析,提出了我國服裝外貿(mào)企業(yè)圍繞快速反應戰(zhàn)略打造以電子商務為平臺的敏捷供應鏈的運作模式。即建立以服裝出口企業(yè)為核心的虛擬組織,實施快速反應戰(zhàn)略;加強信息化建設和使用CAD CAM等先進設備;調(diào)整生產(chǎn)流程,使之適應大規(guī)模定制的要求;建立敏捷的物流系統(tǒng)。最佳供應鏈不只是速度快、成本低,而且還必須反應敏捷,適應力強,并且能使各方利益保持一致。最后,本文以所接觸到的春宇公司為案例,介紹了一種成功的第三方供應鏈管理服務戰(zhàn)略的實施。
[Abstract]:With China's agreement with the European and American world on textile trade, China has gained a relatively stable export environment for a time. However, the characteristics of the industry which rely heavily on labor cost advantages and weak competitiveness remain unchanged. By creating the management innovation brought by the agile supply chain and the third party supply chain management services, we can make our clothing export enterprises adapt to the changes of the international market procurement mode and enhance their competitiveness. To build the supply chain platform of e-commerce for export trade is an operation strategy for garment exporting enterprises to adapt to the complex and changeable demands of foreign retailers and buyers and shorten the delivery time. Based on the analysis of the essence, characteristics and reaction mechanism of garment agile supply chain, and the analysis of garment industry and international garment market, this paper puts forward the operation mode of China's garment foreign trade enterprises to create an agile supply chain based on e-commerce platform around the rapid response strategy. That is to say, we should set up a virtual organization centered on garment export enterprises, implement quick response strategy, strengthen information construction and use CAD CAM and other advanced equipment, adjust production processes to adapt to the requirements of mass customization, and establish an agile logistics system. The best supply chain is not only fast and low in cost, but also must be responsive, adaptable, and consistent with the interests of all parties. Finally, this paper introduces a successful third party supply chain management service strategy based on the case of spring woo company.
