大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)研究

【摘要】: 大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)研究是一個相對空白但意義重大的領(lǐng)域,本研究努力通過相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理、問卷調(diào)查分析和焦點(diǎn)小組座談(FGD)等研究方法,對大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題有所探析,并對大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)的內(nèi)容、策略和網(wǎng)絡(luò)在大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)中的作用等提出自己的看法,以期對現(xiàn)實有所指導(dǎo)。 通過研究得出:①目前大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,大學(xué)生對個人品牌概念的認(rèn)知不高、了解程度比較低、缺乏個人品牌建設(shè)的意識和實際行動;同時,學(xué)校沒有發(fā)揮推動者的作用,班級內(nèi)也缺乏個人品牌建設(shè)的氛圍,整體來說大學(xué)生缺乏進(jìn)行個人品牌建設(shè)的環(huán)境和舞臺。但是大學(xué)生對個人品牌建設(shè)的必要性和作用評價較高,表明在大學(xué)生中推廣個人品牌理論有可行的基礎(chǔ),對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)囊龑?dǎo),提供發(fā)展平臺,大學(xué)生的個人品牌建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀必然得到較大的改善。②大學(xué)生個人品牌包括大學(xué)生的知識品牌、能力品牌、人格品牌等,具體來說包括“大學(xué)生的IQ智力水平”、“大學(xué)生的EQ情緒水平”、“大學(xué)生的CQ創(chuàng)意能力”、“大學(xué)生的LQ學(xué)習(xí)能力”、“大學(xué)生的MQ道德水平”、“大學(xué)生的BQ美麗能力”六個方面。③大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)需要教育主管部門、學(xué)術(shù)界、高校、人才市場和大學(xué)生自身等多個方面共同進(jìn)行努力。④網(wǎng)絡(luò)給大學(xué)生個人品牌的建設(shè)和傳播提供了一個良好的平臺,為大學(xué)生個人品牌建設(shè)帶來了契機(jī),使其向世界傳播成為可能;網(wǎng)絡(luò)為大學(xué)生提供了更大的空間,夯實了個人品牌的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The research on college students' personal brand building is a relatively blank but significant field. This study tries to make efforts through the combing of relevant literature, questionnaire survey and focus group discussion on (FGD) and other research methods. This paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of college students' personal brand construction, and puts forward their own views on the contents, strategies and functions of the network in the construction of college students' personal brand, in order to give some guidance to the reality. Through the research: 1 the current situation of college students' personal brand construction is not optimistic, the college students' understanding of the concept of personal brand is not high, the degree of understanding is relatively low, the lack of personal brand building awareness and practical action; At the same time, the school does not play the role of promoters, the class also lacks the atmosphere of personal brand building, the overall lack of college students for personal brand building environment and stage. However, college students have a higher evaluation of the necessity and function of personal brand building, which indicates that the promotion of personal brand theory among college students has a feasible foundation, and provides a suitable guidance for college students to provide a platform for development. The current situation of college students' personal brand construction must be greatly improved. 2 College students' personal brand includes university students' knowledge brand, ability brand, personality brand and so on. Specifically, it includes "college students'IQ intelligence level". "EQ emotional level of college students", "CQ creative ability of college students", "LQ learning ability of college students", "MQ moral level of college students", "College students'BQ Beautiful ability" six aspects. 3 the college students' personal brand construction needs the education department, the academic circles, the university, The network provides a good platform for the construction and dissemination of individual brands of college students, and brings opportunities for the construction of individual brands of college students.
