【摘要】：正內(nèi)參,顧名思義,就是對(duì)內(nèi)不對(duì)外的內(nèi)部參考文件;新聞內(nèi)參是新聞媒體運(yùn)用新聞手段將當(dāng)時(shí)不宜公開報(bào)道的新聞材料制作成供特定范圍內(nèi)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參閱的新聞作品。因此,新聞內(nèi)參也是新聞的一種,它承擔(dān)的新聞責(zé)任與見報(bào)新聞一樣,同樣要以優(yōu)秀的作品去服務(wù)社會(huì)、服務(wù)政府,化解矛盾、穩(wěn)定秩序,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)社會(huì)問題,揭露社會(huì)不正之風(fēng),及時(shí)傳遞百姓心聲,架起政府與百姓溝通的橋梁,使自身成為黨政主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參謀和助手。
[Abstract]:Internal reference, as its name implies, is an internal reference document that is not internal to the outside; internal news reference is the use of news means by the news media to produce news materials that were not suitable for public reporting at that time into news works for leadership in a specific scope. Therefore, internal news reference is also a kind of news. Its news responsibility is the same as that of newspaper news. It also needs excellent works to serve the society, serve the government, resolve contradictions, stabilize order, and discover social problems in a timely manner. To expose the unhealthy trend of the society, to convey the people's aspirations in time, to build a bridge between the government and the common people, and to become the staff and assistant of the main leaders of the Party and government.
