濟(jì)南移動(dòng)品牌化市場競爭戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施

【摘要】: 中國電信行業(yè)的重組已經(jīng)拉開序幕,為了能夠在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地,濟(jì)南移動(dòng)公司作為中國移動(dòng)通信集團(tuán)山東有限公司的分公司,需要在集團(tuán)公司和山東省公司的總體戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合自身品牌選擇適合自己發(fā)展的競爭戰(zhàn)略,來實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。 本論文分為七個(gè)部分,首先提出了本論文研究的目的、意義和研究思路。然后論述了企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略的基本理論和國內(nèi)外的研究成果,再通過價(jià)值鏈理論分析了濟(jì)南移動(dòng)的內(nèi)部資源和能力分析,從整體上把握了濟(jì)南移動(dòng)的競爭優(yōu)劣勢。然后進(jìn)一步分析了濟(jì)南移動(dòng)的外部環(huán)境,對當(dāng)今的競爭態(tài)勢和發(fā)展方向提出了自己的看法,繼而分析了濟(jì)南移動(dòng)的競爭對手,主要是濟(jì)南聯(lián)通公司。通過分析,制定了新的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略方法,提出了具體的實(shí)施辦法和考核目標(biāo),得出目前制定的戰(zhàn)略的可行性和優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:The restructuring of China's telecommunications industry has already begun. In order to be able to stand in an invincible position in the fierce market competition, Jinan Mobile Company is a subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Group Shandong Co., Ltd. Under the guidance of the overall strategy of the group company and the Shandong company, we should combine our own brand to choose the competitive strategy suitable for our own development to realize our own development goal. This paper is divided into seven parts. Firstly, the purpose, significance and research idea of this paper are put forward. Then it discusses the basic theory of enterprise competitive strategy and the domestic and foreign research results, then analyzes the internal resources and capability of Jinan Mobile through the value chain theory, and grasps the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Jinan Mobile as a whole. Then it further analyzes the external environment of Jinan Mobile, puts forward its own views on the current competition situation and development direction, and then analyzes the competitors of Jinan Mobile, mainly Jinan Unicom Company. Based on the analysis, a new strategic goal and a new strategic method are formulated, and the specific implementation methods and assessment objectives are put forward, and the feasibility and superiority of the strategy made at present are obtained.
