【摘要】：中國汽車企業(yè)經(jīng)過20年左右的發(fā)展,自主品牌相繼在海外建設(shè)汽車工廠,前期建設(shè)主要是涂裝和總裝車間。主要探討了涂裝車間電泳槽體設(shè)計需要滿足的電泳時間、槽液更新量、槽液循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性、泳透力等相關(guān)的要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:After 20 years of development, Chinese automobile enterprises have built automobile factories overseas, mainly painting and assembly workshops. The requirements and standards of electrophoretic design for electrophoretic trough in painting shop are discussed, such as electrophoresis time, tank fluid renewal quantity, tank fluid cycle stability, swimming permeability and so on.
