九華佛茶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)集成試驗報告

【摘要】:九華佛茶是池州市綠茶的公共品牌,但其加工過程中易出現(xiàn)焦葉和紅梗紅葉、碎末茶多等問題。池州市農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣中心應(yīng)用"綠茶三色定投殺青技術(shù)"和"米棒子制作扁直形茶葉技術(shù)"兩項成果,進行技術(shù)集成試驗。其對于九華佛茶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)效果最好,表現(xiàn)在避免焦葉和紅梗紅葉的發(fā)生和明顯地減少碎末茶。
[Abstract]:Jiuhua Buddha tea is a public brand of Chizhou green tea. In Chizhou Agricultural Technology extension Center, two achievements of "green tea trichromatic green killing technique" and "rice bar making flat straight tea technology" were used to carry out technology integration test. It has the best effect on the standardized production of Jiuhua Buddha tea, which can avoid the occurrence of the red leaf and the scorched leaf and obviously reduce the broken tea.
