【摘要】：中國(guó)高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是"十三五"高等教育改革的主要任務(wù),民辦高校在遵循中國(guó)高校人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和要求的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)根據(jù)民辦高校的發(fā)展特征和方向搭建新型的、適合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)要求的人才培養(yǎng)模式。該文以技能型的民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)模式為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)區(qū)域環(huán)境定位、人才培養(yǎng)模式、資源整合優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌效應(yīng)等進(jìn)行深入探討。
[Abstract]:The structural adjustment of China's higher education is the main task of the reform of higher education in the 13th Five-Year Plan. On the basis of following the objectives and requirements of talent training in Chinese universities, private colleges and universities should build a new type according to the characteristics and direction of the development of private colleges and universities. The mode of talent training suitable for the requirements of modern society. This paper takes the talent training mode of the technical private colleges and universities as the breakthrough point, and probes into the regional environment orientation, the talent training mode, the complementary advantages of resources integration, the brand effect of modern industry, etc.
