【摘要】:正2008年,江陰市圖書館提出"市民的大書房、城市的大教室、文明的大窗口"的辦館理念,第一次把城市、讀者和圖書館三者進(jìn)行了有機(jī)的聯(lián)系,嘗試了讓服務(wù)互動(dòng)起來,突破了傳統(tǒng)圖書館單向式的開放和服務(wù)機(jī)制,在社會(huì)全新推出公共文化服務(wù)形象。2010年,在公共圖書館免費(fèi)開放的政策下,又通過實(shí)踐總結(jié),逐漸形成特有的"五全"服務(wù)模式,即:基本服務(wù)全免費(fèi)、場館開放全年化、讀者活
