【摘要】：在開放大學(xué)參與學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè)的偉大歷史進(jìn)程中,最復(fù)雜的問題就是處理好辦學(xué)體系與社會(huì)上的各個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織的成功對(duì)接關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),應(yīng)從區(qū)域?qū)W習(xí)型組織和行業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織這兩個(gè)維度入手,從其與區(qū)域?qū)W習(xí)型組織和行業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織的特色文化品牌對(duì)接入手。抓住學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè)中影響開放大學(xué)體系創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的瓶頸,結(jié)合首都的學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè)及其學(xué)習(xí)型組織建構(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及北京開放大學(xué)體系創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的歷史使命要求,詳盡描述和分析了學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè)中開放大學(xué)體系創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略文化品牌方式、區(qū)域文化品牌方式和行業(yè)文化品牌優(yōu)勢方式及其發(fā)展內(nèi)涵,從而為開放大學(xué)體系的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展與城市學(xué)習(xí)型組織的成功對(duì)接,找到了正確的路徑,為廣大市民學(xué)習(xí)者感受和領(lǐng)略到城市化進(jìn)程中人類社會(huì)內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的先進(jìn)文化形態(tài)和崇高文明品性,重新煥發(fā)出組織學(xué)習(xí)、分享學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)、推動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的巨大文化活力,成為城市學(xué)習(xí)文化的形象代言人和終身學(xué)習(xí)的典范,提供了可資借鑒的教育文化視角。
[Abstract]:In the great historical process of the Open University participating in the construction of a learning city, the most complex problem is to deal with the successful docking relationship between the school running system and the various learning organizations in the society. It is found that the two dimensions of regional learning organization and industry learning organization should be started from the connection with the regional learning organization and the characteristic cultural brand of the industry learning organization. To grasp the bottleneck that affects the innovation and development of the open university system in the construction of the learning city, combine the experience of the construction of the learning city and the construction of the learning organization in the capital, as well as the historical mission requirements of the innovation and development of the open university system in Beijing. This paper describes and analyzes in detail the strategic cultural brand mode, the regional cultural brand mode and the industry cultural brand advantage mode and the development connotation of the open university system innovation and development in the construction of a learning city. Thus, the correct path has been found for the innovation and development of the open university system and the successful docking of the urban learning organization. For the general public learners to experience and appreciate the advanced cultural form and noble civilization character of the connotation and development of human society in the process of urbanization, and to re-radiate the great cultural vitality of organizing learning, sharing learning, innovating learning, and promoting learning. To become the image spokesman of urban learning culture and the model of lifelong learning provide a reference perspective of education culture.
