【摘要】：以中國(guó)P2P行業(yè)信任危機(jī)為背景,借助網(wǎng)貸之家公布的數(shù)據(jù),利用面板固定效應(yīng)模型研究信任缺失情形下的逆向選擇問(wèn)題以及政府和行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)重建品牌信任的效果,結(jié)果表明:P2P行業(yè)信任危機(jī)下的平臺(tái)旨在通過(guò)建設(shè)品牌形象來(lái)吸引投資人與借款人的做法是徒勞的,信任缺失導(dǎo)致合規(guī)平臺(tái)的誠(chéng)信經(jīng)營(yíng)并不為公眾所認(rèn)可,長(zhǎng)此以往這些平臺(tái)很可能會(huì)退出市場(chǎng),進(jìn)而引發(fā)逆向選擇問(wèn)題;自上而下的制度建設(shè)在重建品牌信任中取得了可喜的成績(jī),有效緩解并逆轉(zhuǎn)了P2P行業(yè)的逆向選擇問(wèn)題,且市場(chǎng)整治初見成效。此研究成果對(duì)于目前正在進(jìn)行的P2P行業(yè)整頓具有十分現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the trust crisis of China's P2P industry as the background, with the help of the data published by the net loan family, this paper uses the panel fixed effect model to study the adverse selection problem under the lack of trust and the effect of the government and Industry Association to rebuild the brand trust. The results show that the platform of the P2P industry trust crisis aims to attract investment by building the brand image. The practice of people and borrowers is futile, and the lack of trust leads to the good faith operation of the compliance platform which is not recognized by the public. These platforms are likely to withdraw from the market and lead to adverse selection. The top-down system construction has achieved good results in the reconstruction of brand trust, effectively alleviating and reversing the P2P industry. The problem of adverse selection and initial success in market regulation are of practical guiding significance for the ongoing rectification of P2P industry.
