【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)教育需求的多樣化,普通高校的教育培訓(xùn)模式需要改革與創(chuàng)新。本文通過(guò)對(duì)非學(xué)歷培訓(xùn)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,以及對(duì)在線培訓(xùn)和咨詢式培訓(xùn)等非學(xué)歷培訓(xùn)教育模式的研究,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度,提出了加強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)合作、開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)和創(chuàng)建培訓(xùn)品牌等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和路徑,為普通高校非學(xué)歷培訓(xùn)教育的健康、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of social educational needs, the educational and training modes of colleges and universities need to be reformed and innovated.Based on the analysis of the current situation of non-academic training education and the research of online training and consulting training, this paper proposes to strengthen domestic cooperation from the perspective of sustainable development.The development strategies and paths of opening up international market and establishing training brand provide a reference for the healthy, stable and sustainable development of non-academic training education in colleges and universities.
