某品牌菜刀異種鋼焊縫開裂原因分析

【摘要】:采用無損檢測、化學(xué)成分分析、微觀檢驗(yàn)及能譜分析等方法對某品牌菜刀在刀身(2Cr13)與刀刃(1Cr17+8Cr X+1Cr17復(fù)合材料)異種鋼焊接處開裂的原因進(jìn)行了深入分析。結(jié)果表明,裂紋出現(xiàn)在異種鋼焊縫中,沿縱向焊縫分布。裂紋前端出現(xiàn)大量條狀δ鐵素體析出物,它的存在顯著降低了兩側(cè)材料的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度,是引起裂紋的主要原因。δ鐵素體的析出環(huán)境為高碳高鉻區(qū)的形成,析出溫度為1200℃,因此改善焊接工藝是解決刀具裂紋產(chǎn)生的有效措施,具體包括:1使焊縫熔池中的金屬成分盡量均勻,避免出現(xiàn)局部的高碳高鉻區(qū);2盡量避免焊縫金屬在1200℃以上區(qū)間保留時間過長。
[Abstract]:By means of nondestructive testing, chemical composition analysis, microcosmic examination and energy spectrum analysis, the causes of cracking in dissimilar steels of a certain brand of vegetable cutters at the welding point of 2Cr13) and 1Cr17 8Cr X 1Cr17 composite material are analyzed. The results show that, The crack appears in the dissimilar steel weld and distributes along the longitudinal weld. A large number of stripe ferrite precipitates appear at the front of the crack. The precipitation environment of 未 ferrite is the formation of high carbon and high chromium region, and the precipitation temperature is 1200 鈩,
