【摘要】:以當(dāng)前廣汽自主品牌取得的成果,從技術(shù)層面、組織層面、管理制度層面和文化層面的角度,分析廣汽自主品牌設(shè)計是典型的集成創(chuàng)新。結(jié)合實(shí)例,詮釋廣汽集成以創(chuàng)新用戶為導(dǎo)向、創(chuàng)新的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、效率與質(zhì)量平衡、創(chuàng)新與品質(zhì)平衡、集成創(chuàng)新與工匠精神互補(bǔ)等特點(diǎn)。同時,對廣汽自主品牌汽車集成創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the current achievements of Guangqi's independent brand, from the aspects of technology, organization, management system and culture, this paper analyzes that the design of Guangqi's independent brand is a typical integrated innovation. This paper interprets the characteristics of Guangqi integration, such as innovative user oriented, innovation sustainable development, efficiency and quality balance, innovation and quality balance, integration innovation and craftsman spirit complementary, etc. This paper summarizes and looks forward to the integration innovation of Guangzhou Auto's own brand.
