【摘要】：科技與經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展對人才培養(yǎng)模式提出了新的要求。社會對人才的需求是懂知識,會運用,動手操作能力強,善于解決工作中的實際問題。基于此,很多的應用型本科院校通過志愿服務、暑期社會實踐、校內(nèi)校外實習等社會實踐的方法來探索人才培養(yǎng)的有效途徑。本文從育人的角度來分析應用型本科院校實踐育人在人才培養(yǎng)中的作用并思考實踐育人品牌的塑造。
[Abstract]:The development of science, technology, economy and society has put forward new requirements for the training mode of talents. The social demand for talents is to understand knowledge, be able to use it, and be good at solving practical problems in work. Many applied undergraduate colleges and universities through voluntary service, summer social practice. This paper analyzes the role of practical education in the cultivation of talents in applied colleges and universities from the angle of educating people, and thinks about the creation of brand of practical education in the field of cultivation of talents by social practice methods such as outside school practice and other methods of social practice in order to explore the effective ways of cultivating talents. .
