【摘要】："十三五"時期是我國全面深化改革要取得決定性成果的關(guān)鍵時期。為推動全面深化改革,確保改革落實落地,截至2016年10月,中央全面深化改革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組召開28次會議,多次強調(diào)要抓督察、促落實。"十三五"規(guī)劃綱要為全面深化改革提供了行動指南。作為于全國期刊中首倡服務(wù)中央決策、蟬聯(lián)中國百強報刊和國家社科基金資助期刊優(yōu)秀期刊的《改革》,于2014年12月在全國各類傳媒中率先對"十三五"發(fā)聲。其行為表現(xiàn)即推出系列社評,從指標(biāo)預(yù)測到愿景可期,從發(fā)展主軸到未雨綢繆,從執(zhí)行力到政府博弈,從"四個全面"治國大綱到遠望改革開放40周年,多角度、大視野、獨家、獨立、獨到呈現(xiàn)《改革》作為中國經(jīng)濟學(xué)品牌期刊對黨中央、國務(wù)院重大決策的研判,在學(xué)術(shù)界和政策層面引起積極反響。本期呈現(xiàn)10篇政策評論與《建議》相關(guān)表述交集在中部、東北地區(qū)的落地情況,其他地區(qū)的情況詳見本刊2016年第9期第123~159頁。中部、東北地區(qū)的"十三五"規(guī)劃《建議》全稱和簡稱如下表所示:
[Abstract]:"13th Five-Year" period is a critical period to achieve decisive results in our comprehensive deepening reform.
