【摘要】：由于國界等因素的限制,跨國界的國際旅游合作區(qū),在合作建設(shè)上有一定難度。在國際合作大背景下,根據(jù)我國與周邊國家簽訂的次區(qū)域旅游合作框架協(xié)議,以及我國現(xiàn)有的一些政策,借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí),針對目前我國邊境國際旅游合作區(qū)建設(shè)存在的一些問題,創(chuàng)新性地提出了我國邊境地區(qū)國際旅游合作區(qū)建設(shè)的政策舉措,以及未來開放合作中,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、利益分配和宗教文化、環(huán)境的保護(hù)等各方面建設(shè)的具體建議。
[Abstract]:Due to the limitation of national boundaries, the cross-border international tourism cooperation zone has some difficulties in the construction of cooperation. In the context of international cooperation, according to the framework agreement on subregional tourism cooperation signed between China and the neighboring countries, as well as some existing policies of our country, to learn from foreign experience, at the same time, In view of some problems existing in the construction of international tourism cooperation zone in border areas of our country at present, this paper innovatively puts forward the policy and measures for the construction of international tourism cooperation zones in border areas of our country, as well as the industrial development in the future opening up and cooperation. Benefit distribution and religious culture, environmental protection and other aspects of specific proposals for construction.
