【摘要】：隨著世界各地政府對(duì)旅游業(yè)的高度重視，，旅游及其附屬行業(yè)均得到了迅猛發(fā)展，并逐步成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱，但與此同時(shí)，旅游環(huán)境的污染、旅游資源的浪費(fèi)、旅游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)失調(diào)等問(wèn)題卻日益加重。這便促使政府積極推行生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)，引導(dǎo)旅游企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)生態(tài)旅游、開(kāi)發(fā)生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品，加強(qiáng)對(duì)旅游者的生態(tài)教育。濱海生態(tài)旅游作為生態(tài)旅游的新范式，為濱海生態(tài)旅游資源、旅游環(huán)境，旅游目的地社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一條重要途徑。濱海生態(tài)旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略核心是協(xié)調(diào)濱海生態(tài)旅游資源、旅游環(huán)境與濱海旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的平衡關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)濱海生態(tài)環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的和諧發(fā)展。 本文研究了濱海生態(tài)旅游資源的概念、類型及特點(diǎn)，梳理了浙江濱海生態(tài)旅游資源的種類，分析了浙江濱海生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí)，以傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)旅游資源的評(píng)價(jià)方法為參考依據(jù)，結(jié)合濱海生態(tài)旅游的實(shí)際特色，建立濱海生態(tài)旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)體系，運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)浙江濱海生態(tài)旅游資源進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，得出較合理的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果，從而提出浙江濱海生態(tài)旅游資源的保護(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)與對(duì)策，促進(jìn)浙江濱海生態(tài)旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，維護(hù)浙江濱海地區(qū)的生態(tài)平衡。本文研究的方向與現(xiàn)今濱海生態(tài)旅游的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)相吻合，不僅融合了生態(tài)旅游與濱海旅游兩者的共通性，還填補(bǔ)了浙江在濱海生態(tài)旅游資源體系研究中的空白，為浙江今后在濱海生態(tài)旅游上的深入研究提供較強(qiáng)的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the governments around the world attach great importance to tourism, tourism and its affiliated industries have developed rapidly, and gradually become an important pillar of the global economy, but at the same time, the pollution of tourism environment and the waste of tourism resources. However, the problems such as the imbalance of tourism ecosystem are becoming more and more serious. This will urge the government to actively promote the ecotourism industry, guide tourism enterprises to manage ecotourism, develop ecotourism products, and strengthen ecological education for tourists. As a new paradigm of ecotourism, coastal ecotourism provides an important way for the sustainable development of coastal ecotourism resources, tourism environment, tourism destination society and economy. The strategic core of the exploitation of coastal ecotourism resources is to coordinate the balance between coastal ecotourism resources, tourism environment and coastal tourism economic development, and to realize the harmonious development of coastal ecological environmental benefits and social economic benefits. This paper studies the concept, types and characteristics of coastal ecotourism resources, combs the types of coastal ecotourism resources in Zhejiang Province, and analyzes the present situation of the development of coastal ecotourism resources in Zhejiang Province. At the same time, the evaluation system of coastal ecotourism resources is established on the basis of traditional ecotourism resources evaluation methods and combining with the actual characteristics of coastal ecotourism, and the evaluation of coastal ecotourism resources in Zhejiang Province is carried out by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The reasonable evaluation results are obtained, and the protection, exploitation and countermeasures of Zhejiang coastal ecotourism resources are put forward, which can promote the sustainable development of Zhejiang coastal ecotourism and maintain the ecological balance of Zhejiang coastal area. The research direction of this paper is consistent with the development trend of coastal ecotourism, which not only combines the commonality of ecotourism and coastal tourism, but also fills up the blank in the study of coastal ecotourism resources system in Zhejiang Province. It provides a strong theoretical basis and practical experience for the further study of coastal ecotourism in Zhejiang in the future.
