華山與渭南市旅游成長及產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:近年來,隨著人們收入水平的提高和國家法定節(jié)假的日漸增多,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展顯現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)勁的增長勢頭,在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,目前已成為許多地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略性主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。各旅游地為保持自身長久的活力和生命力,都在不斷地開發(fā)旅游資源,調(diào)整和優(yōu)化當(dāng)?shù)氐穆糜萎a(chǎn)品。渭南市作為陜西省關(guān)中平原的東大門,是陜西省以西安市為紐帶的關(guān)中旅游帶的東線組成部分,境內(nèi)的華山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)是國內(nèi)旅游活動開展較早的山岳型景區(qū)之一,是陜西省代表性的旅游品牌。近年來在華山旅游的帶動下,渭南市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展較快,對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的推動作用。因此,如何正確地判斷渭南市與華山景區(qū)的旅游成長狀況,并采取合理有效的措施調(diào)整和優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)區(qū)域旅游的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,這方面的問題引起了研究者的關(guān)注。 生命周期理論是描述旅游地成長發(fā)展過程的基本理論,其中旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的動態(tài)變化是旅游地演進(jìn)過程中的基本事實。本文以渭南市與華山景區(qū)為案例地,依據(jù)生命周期理論與其不同階段產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)演變特點,運(yùn)用了理論與實證研究相結(jié)合,通過實地調(diào)查及資料整理,進(jìn)行定性分析與定量判斷相統(tǒng)一的研究方法,分析了華山與渭南市旅游地成長階段及其相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)問題。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容有兩個方面: 一是運(yùn)用生命周期與旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)理論,對華山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)進(jìn)行旅游地生命周期的判定分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)華山已走過旅游地生命周期的探查階段、參與階段、發(fā)展階段,目前正處于鞏固階段。并研究華山旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化對策。目前華山旅游產(chǎn)品特點主要有產(chǎn)品要素結(jié)構(gòu)趨于完善、旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、日趨重視軟環(huán)境建設(shè)等。但因資源開發(fā)力度小、旅游容量小、主景區(qū)可進(jìn)入性仍較差以及目的地競爭加劇這幾個因素制約著華山產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,因而可通過產(chǎn)品重組和轉(zhuǎn)換來調(diào)整。 二是利用相關(guān)理論分析渭南市的旅游成長變化情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)其正處于旅游的快速成長階段,但存在產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一、層次較低、缺乏整體規(guī)劃等問題,針對這些問題提出了五個方面的調(diào)整對策:即觀光旅游產(chǎn)品向更高級水平的提升、大力開發(fā)休閑度假、生態(tài)康體、專門型旅游產(chǎn)品,并充分發(fā)揮地域文化與旅游的融合作用,推進(jìn)區(qū)域性質(zhì)的旅游整合發(fā)展。接著以定量分析的方法構(gòu)建出渭南市旅游成長趨勢預(yù)測模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)渭南市未來5-10年內(nèi)旅游需求還會有較大的增長空間。最后,試著分析了華山品牌景區(qū)與渭南市旅游業(yè)成長之間的關(guān)系,得出華山景區(qū)在渭南市旅游業(yè)中發(fā)揮著主導(dǎo)作用,并促進(jìn)渭南市的旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。 本文主要創(chuàng)新點在于將品牌景區(qū)的成長與區(qū)域旅游成長對比研究,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)品牌景區(qū)的發(fā)展與其所在地區(qū)旅游業(yè)成長之間的關(guān)系。將華山景區(qū)的發(fā)展與渭南市旅游成長聯(lián)系起來分析研究,將為華山與渭南市的旅游發(fā)展及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)策略提供相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù),有一定的實踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of people's income level and the national legal holiday is increasing, the development of the tourism industry showed strong growth momentum, plays an increasingly important role in the economic development in our country, has become the strategic leading industry in many regions. Each tourist destination in order to maintain its lasting vigor and vitality all, in the continuous development of tourism resources, adjust and optimize the local tourism products of Weinan city. As the Guanzhong Plain in the east gate of Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province in Xi'an city as a link to the eastern part of the Guanzhong tourist zone, within the scenic area of Huashan mountain scenic area is one of the earlier development of domestic tourism activities is Shaanxi Province on behalf of the tourism brand of Huashan tourism. In recent years, driven by the rapid development of tourism industry in Weinan City, produced a huge role in promoting the regional economic and social development Therefore, how to correctly predict the growth of tourism in Weinan and Huashan, and take reasonable and effective measures to adjust and optimize the structure of tourism products, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of regional tourism, has attracted the attention of researchers.
The life cycle theory is the basic theory to describe the tourism growth process, the dynamic changes of the structure of tourism products is the basic fact of resort development process. This paper takes Weinan city and Huashan scenic area as a case, based on the life cycle theory and the different stages of product structure evolution characteristics, using a combination of theoretical and empirical research. Through field investigation and data collection, research method of combining of qualitative analysis and quantitative judgment, analysis of Huashan and Weinan city tourism growth stage and the corresponding product structure.
The main research contents of this paper are two aspects:
One is to use the theory of the life cycle and the structure of tourism products, analyzed the life cycle of the tourist destination of Huashan scenic area, Huashan has been found in the exploration stage, the life cycle of tourism participation stage, stage of development, is currently in a consolidation phase. And research the existing problems of Huashan tourism product structure, puts forward countermeasures for optimizing the corresponding product structure. At present, Huashan tourism products the main features of product factor structure perfect, tourism spatial structure optimization, pay more and more attention. But because of the soft environment construction of tourism resource development is small, the capacity is small, the main area of accessibility is still poor and the destination competition factors that restrict the optimization of product structure in Huashan therefore, the product can be adjusted through restructuring and transformation.
The two is the tourism growth changes by using the theory of analysis of Weinan City, found that it is in a rapid growth phase of tourism, but there is a single product structure, low level, lack of overall planning and other issues, to solve these problems and puts forward some countermeasures to adjust the five aspects: Tourism product promotion to the higher level. Vigorously develop ecological sports and leisure, and special tourism products, and give full play to the role of regional integration of culture and tourism, promote the development of regional tourism integration properties. Then the quantitative analysis method to construct Weinan city tourism development trend prediction model, found that within the next 5-10 years in Weinan city tourism demand will have a larger growth space. Finally, try to analyze the relationship between Huashan and Weinan scenic city tourism brand development, the Huashan scenic area in Weinan city tourism industry plays a leading role, and promote The structural adjustment of tourism products in Weinan.
The main innovation of this paper is the comparative study of growth and development of regional tourism brand scenic spot, in order to find the relationship between the brand and the development of tourism scenic area development. Research linking Weinan city tourism development and growth analysis of Huashan scenic area, will provide a theoretical basis for the development of tourism in Huashan and Weinan city and the product development strategy, has a certain practical significance.
