文章摘要:旅游潛力是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究的重要內(nèi)容之一。旅游交通可達(dá)性作為城市旅游發(fā)展及潛力挖掘的先行條件,一直是中小旅游城市旅游屏蔽效應(yīng)下突破瓶頸的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。目前旅游潛力相關(guān)研究多從市場(chǎng)和資源開發(fā)的角度結(jié)合某一類型旅游形式對(duì)大中城市的旅游潛力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),而從不同尺度的區(qū)域交通影響角度結(jié)合旅游可達(dá)性對(duì)中小城市旅游潛力的研究較少。本文基于構(gòu)建的可達(dá)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系從中觀尺度對(duì)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)34個(gè)中小文化旅游城市所屬地市的旅游交通可達(dá)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);基于1 h、2 h、3 h交通圈層從微觀尺度對(duì)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)34個(gè)中小文化旅游城市時(shí)間可達(dá)腹地的旅游交通可達(dá)性進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合評(píng)價(jià)分析結(jié)果對(duì)中小文化旅游城市交通可達(dá)因素影響下的旅游潛力進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:中小文化旅游城市所屬地市市域范圍內(nèi)的交通可達(dá)系數(shù)與其旅游潛力具有較高的相關(guān)性。四川盆地附近、長(zhǎng)江下游及三角洲附近市域范圍內(nèi)可達(dá)性高的城市會(huì)極大提高其下轄中小旅游城市的可進(jìn)入性,而成為其下轄中小文化旅游城市的客源中轉(zhuǎn)站和重要客源潛力市場(chǎng)。所屬地市和鄰近縣市較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出和良好的交通可達(dá)條件可以為中小文化旅游城市提供必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持和旅游集散功能條件,從而使這些地區(qū)的中小文化旅游城市旅游潛力比其他地區(qū)擁有更多的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)。
Abstr:Tourism potential is an important part of tourism industry planning studies. As the antecedent condition of tourism development and potentiality exploitation of cities, tourism traffic accessibility is always the key to breakthrough the bottleneck of tourism, especially in the medium and small sized cultural tourist cities that are under the effect of shielding in tourism development. There is a large quantity of tourism potential measure- ments and evaluations based on a certain type of tourism from the perspectives of markets and resources in the large and medium-sized cities, but relatively few studies are available on the tourism potential study of the medi- um and small sized cultural tourist cities by using accessibility concepts of tourism affected by the traffic of dif- ferent scales of regions. With the building of evaluation index system, this article evaluates the tourism traffic ac- cessibility for the nationwide 34 medium and small sized cultural tourist cities from macro scale, and analyzes the tourism traffic accessibility in the region of time accessibility hinterland based on lh, 2h and 3h traffic cir- cles on the micro scale. Combined with the evaluation and analysis results, we analyzed the tourism potential un- der the influence of the tourism traffic accessibility, and drew the conclusions that the tourism potential displays a high coefficient of correlation with the coefficient of traffic accessibility in medium and small sized cultural tourist cities. What is more, near the Sichuan Basin, the downstream and delta of the Yangtze River, cities with a high traffic accessibility coefficient will enhance the tourism accessibility of the small and medium-sized tour- ist cities under their
