【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快，自然生態(tài)環(huán)境每況愈下，人們的生活壓力劇增，于是城市居民回歸自然、享受綠色的愿望越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈，人們渴望在美麗的鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境中、在山水田園之間放松身心，釋放壓力。休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)迎合了人們對(duì)綠色對(duì)大自然的渴望，因此近年來(lái)發(fā)展十分迅速。休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)是以休閑為目的，以農(nóng)業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)，以服務(wù)為手段，以城市游客為對(duì)象，實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)、第一產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)作為一種旅游業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)交叉的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)，受到國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的普遍關(guān)注，也是當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)新領(lǐng)域，逐漸成為我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)的一個(gè)新亮點(diǎn)。同時(shí)，，休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)也是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、增加農(nóng)民收入、改善農(nóng)村風(fēng)貌的有效渠道。 論文首先對(duì)休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)的一些基本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了必要的探討,界定了休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)的概念,分析了其發(fā)展背景、發(fā)展模式的演變，以及發(fā)展休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的積極作用；在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，本文以青島市休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式為具體研究對(duì)象，描述了目前青島市在充分利用各種資源優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上，并根據(jù)實(shí)地走訪和資料分析將青島市休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)劃分為四種主要發(fā)展模式，即休閑觀光型、復(fù)合經(jīng)營(yíng)型、特色資源型、概念拓展型，并對(duì)每一種發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行典型案例分析。 然后本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)青島市發(fā)展休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)；闡述了日本、德國(guó)、美國(guó)、臺(tái)灣、北京等國(guó)家和地區(qū)的休閑旅游發(fā)展模式，并總結(jié)其發(fā)展的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其啟示。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了青島市休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的改進(jìn)建議，并提出完善信貸與財(cái)政政策、發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化政策體系及休閑旅游農(nóng)業(yè)信息平臺(tái)等一系列具體改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, the natural ecological environment is getting worse and worse, and people's living pressure is increasing dramatically, so the desire of urban residents to return to nature and enjoy green is becoming stronger and stronger. People are eager to relax their bodies and minds and release pressure in the beautiful rural environment between mountains and rivers. Leisure tourism agriculture caters to people's desire for green nature. Therefore, in recent years, the development of leisure tourism agriculture is to take leisure as the purpose, agriculture as the basis, service as the means, and urban tourists as the object to realize agriculture and tourism. As a new type of industry, leisure tourism agriculture, as a new industry of tourism and agriculture, has been widely concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad. It is also a new field of leisure industry development at home and abroad, and gradually become a new bright spot of our country's residents' consumption. At the same time, leisure tourism agriculture is also to promote the development of rural economy and increase farmers' income. Effective channels for improving rural landscape. Firstly, the paper discusses some basic problems of leisure tourism agriculture, defines the concept of leisure tourism agriculture, analyzes its development background and evolution of development model. And the positive effect of developing leisure tourism agriculture on the construction of new socialist countryside; On the basis of theoretical research, this paper takes the development model of Qingdao leisure tourism agriculture as the specific research object, describes the current Qingdao in the full use of various resource advantages on the basis of. According to the field visit and data analysis, Qingdao leisure tourism agriculture is divided into four main development models, namely, leisure tourism, compound management, characteristic resources, concept expansion. And carries on the typical case analysis to each kind of development pattern. Then this paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingdao by using SWOT analysis method. The development mode of leisure tourism in Japan, Germany, the United States, Taiwan, Beijing and other countries and regions are expounded. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the development mode of leisure tourism agriculture in Qingdao, and puts forward the improvement of credit and fiscal policies and the development of industrial clusters. Establish a standardized policy system and leisure tourism agricultural information platform and a series of specific improvement measures.
