【摘要】：如今，越來越多研究者將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論與旅游業(yè)相結(jié)合，分析研究旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。遵循一般演進(jìn)規(guī)律的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群會有正確的發(fā)展路徑，但在集群發(fā)展過程中也存在著一系列潛在影響集群發(fā)展的風(fēng)險因素，可能最終會導(dǎo)致集群的衰落。然而，政府與集群自身合理的策動可規(guī)避演進(jìn)過程中的風(fēng)險因素，促使集群沿著正確的演進(jìn)道路健康發(fā)展。 文章首先歸納了理論界已存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群概念及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群基本理論成果，據(jù)此總結(jié)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念、特征及要素構(gòu)成等，對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進(jìn)規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。其次，判定旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的聚集度。在對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群聚集度進(jìn)行判定時，文章結(jié)合旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)位熵系數(shù)、產(chǎn)值專業(yè)化指數(shù)與企業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)分析等判定方法建立旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的判定指標(biāo)體系與模型。第三，借鑒相關(guān)集群演進(jìn)理論對經(jīng)過判定且已形成集群的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行演進(jìn)分析，基于演進(jìn)各階段特征分析演進(jìn)過程中存在的風(fēng)險因素。第四，，根據(jù)上述風(fēng)險因素分別從政府和集群自身兩個層面分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群策動。最后，以上述理論為基礎(chǔ)對曲江旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)進(jìn)行完整分析研究，并針對其演進(jìn)過程中存在的風(fēng)險因素提出相應(yīng)的策動措施。通過理論與實例結(jié)合進(jìn)行研究，已形成集群化的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在演進(jìn)各階段中都存在著不同特點和各種風(fēng)險因素，只有從政府與集群自身分別提出策動措施，才能更好地對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進(jìn)實施有效的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Now, more and more researchers of industrial cluster theory and tourism combined analysis of tourism industry cluster. Tourism industry clusters follow the general evolution rule will have the correct path of development, but there are also a series of potential risk factors influencing cluster development in the course of cluster development, may eventually lead to the decline of the cluster. However, the government and its reasonable cluster risk factors to avoid driving in the course of evolution, to promote the healthy development of the evolution of cluster along the correct road.
This paper first summarizes the existing theories of the concept of industrial cluster and tourism industry cluster basic theory research, which summarizes the concept of tourism industry cluster, characteristics and elements, the evolution of the tourism industry cluster is analyzed. Secondly, the aggregation degree of determination of tourism industrial cluster. In the tourism industry cluster aggregation determination, the combination of tourism industrial location entropy coefficient method to determine the value of specialization index and enterprise association analysis to establish the tourism industry cluster index system and model. Third, from the relevant theory of cluster evolution through decision and has formed a tourism industry cluster evolution analysis, analysis of risk factors in the evolution of the characteristics of each stage based on the evolution of fourth, according to the above risk factors respectively from the government and the cluster analysis of two aspects of the tourism industry cluster instigated. Finally, above The theoretical analysis is based on the complete evolution of Qujiang tourism industry cluster, and puts forward the corresponding measures for driving risk factors existing in the course of its evolution. By combining theory with examples of research, has formed a cluster of tourism industry has different characteristics and various risk factors in the evolution of each stage, only from the government and the clusters themselves are put forward in order to better driving measures of tourism industry cluster evolution to implement effective guidance.
