文章摘要：社區(qū)居民是影響旅游目的地發(fā)展的核心要素。隨著社區(qū)居民越來越被整合到鄉(xiāng)村旅游的整體發(fā)展之中,研究目的地居民的旅游影響感知將具有重要意義。地方感反映了人與地方的特殊情感聯(lián)系,對于深入理解居民旅游影響感知提供了全新的研究視角。本文以地方感作為理論切入點(diǎn),以發(fā)展期望作為中介變量,構(gòu)建了＂地方感—發(fā)展期望—影響感知＂理論模型,并以安徽省天堂寨作為實(shí)證案例。結(jié)果表明,地方感較強(qiáng)的居民對鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展賦予更高的期望,對旅游影響感知的能力更強(qiáng)。發(fā)展期望在地方感對居民旅游影響感知的影響機(jī)制中具有積極的中介作用。社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展的總體程度是影響居民感知和態(tài)度的重要因素。本研究為處于旅游生命周期發(fā)展階段的旅游目的地的規(guī)劃發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)性建議。

Abstr：Residents in the destination are the key elements that influence tourism development.As the rural residents are increasingly integrated into the tourism development,the research on residents perception on tourism development impact would have more and more significance.Sense of place reflects the special emotional relationship between human and environment,providing new perspectives and in-depth explanations for research on residents＇ perception on tourism development impact.Taking sense of place as the starting point,and development expectations as the intermediary variable,we build a new theoretical model based on the relationship among sense of place,development expectations and impact perception.In this article,we take Tiantangzhai in Anhui Province as an example.The results are obtained as follows.1） Both sense of place and development expectation have important influences on residents＇ perception on tourism development impact,however different dimensions have different influence levels.It is suggested that the stronger the residents＇ sense of place and development expectation is,the more attention they will pay to the positive and negative impacts tourism brings,hoping for the better development of their community.2） Development expectation plays a positive intermediary influence in the ＂Sense of place-development expectation-impacts perception＂ theory model,especially on the cost perception level,development expectation strengthens the function of sense of place on residents＇ perception of tourism development impact.3） Compared with earlier researches,we can conclude that the overall tourism development level is the key element that works upon residents perception and attitude.The divisions among different stages that reflect residents
